  1. I like some of his music but I think he has done way too many covers.
  2. Depends, how tall you are but I agree that it is somewhere in the 4-6lb range. Moral of the story is that you need to get a scale. Most scales are about as reliable as asking us but at least you can say you weighed it.

Keep it simple. Get a bag of Zoom Finesse Worms and Trick Worms. A pack of Yamamoto 5" Senkos will also do you well. Green Pumpkin is a good color to go with as it works about anywhere in any water color. Go back out there and get em!
  4. I like it.
  5. First time I have seen someone use the Spro style eyes. I like it.
  6. Just buy some Red Label bro.
  7. Longer the bill the wider the wobble.
  8. I like the wooden one much more. It is heavier but I like the way it behaves in the water. Problem is that the paint on the wooden ones I have sucks and chips very easy. I don't mind that the pattern is messed up, it is just that the wood will start to absorb water through the chips. Most people I know will add coats of epoxy to help the durability.
  9. The front prop on the Kelly J that I have gets caught up on the line, a lot. I went up to 15lb and it still does it. Hopefully you don't have that problem with yours.
  10. Yeah I made that mistake about two years ago. I got it because I thought it would be a great bait to use at night where I could just toss it on the bank and then reel it in. Well like you said you have to retrieve that bait VERY slow to get the jitterbug action out of it. Plus it doesn't have a Gamakatsu like the the regular sized Bully Wa, mine had a dull knock off version.

Happens quite often with cranks, jerks, and topwaters.
  12. It's not a Flathead I would be worried about... it a turtle.
  13. 25 years? WOW! Out of curiosity, what was that combo you bought in 1984?
  14. They don't sell Morrums in the US any more.
  15. I would go with the Fuego, especially with the current price on TW.
  16. The rattle is a tube rattle of some sort. With all of the people making their own jigs that it is going to be hard to place but I am sure someone will know it.
  17. I have luck with all the same DS baits I use during the day.
  18. Long bill on the 1/8oz version and I use it with a baby bass or smokin' shad tiny fluke. Short bill on the 1/4oz version with a Fin-s-fish or regular fluke. Same type of colors. I like the short bill because you get a tighter more natural wiggle instead of a wobble.
  19. This is one of my best producing cranks
  20. Very nice Homeboy Yeah but you are a short drive from Tarpon and Snook!!!
  21. LOL, no I'm not pregnant but that is what my wife thought. I have introduced that sandwich to at least 12 people and my wife is the only one who didn't like it. Has to be Del Monte or Heinz sweet pickles though. I tried it with Mt. Olive the other day and it was horrible. I'd stick with the blue bell, make the omelet for breakfast
  22. My favorite is a sandwich with Roman Meal round top wheat bread, extra crunchy peanut butter, and Del Monte sweet pickle chips, washed down with an original coke.
  23. Raul is right. I have the Matt lures hard gill in both colors and they seem to be equally productive for me.
  24. Small world for sure. Sad to see one like that go but that just comes with the game.
  25. 1.Tennessee Shad patterned HJ-10 Husky Jerk. This can be a good search bait and I can catch fish on this in almost any water temp. I can fish it as fast or slow as I want. 2.Mouse patternd 3/8 War Eagle spinner bait with a gold colorado blade and a nickel indiana blade. Pretty much the same reasons as the jerk bait but I can cover deeper water with it by slow rolling and it can also be thrown deeper into cover. 3. Green Pumpkin Skinny Bear Elite Series Jig with a California 420 Smallie Beaver on the back. Just another bait that I can catch fish with year round in any water temp. 4. Green Weenie 6" straight tail JB worm. I can texas rig or drop shot this in almost any water depth and it is great if there is grass around.
