I've found it very interesting that the great majority of all polls on this site are initiated by folks in their teens and twenties. I'm very curious as to why younger people start polls, yet more mature people ask straight questions. I confess that I am woefully ignorant and would appreciate some intelligent insight.

I had my oil changed several months ago at Jiffy-Lube. JL was in the process of changing to an outside billing company, so when the billing company finally got is shirt together they decided I was late on my payment and charged me a $0.72 late fee. I called their 1-800 number and explained that the problem was with their failure to enter my payment in a timely manner. I also said that I would no longer be dealing with Jiffy Lube because of the failure of this billing company to maintain accurate records. The customer rep agreed with me and informed me that the $0.72 would be credited immediately. I have since received four bills, one month apart, for $0.72. This company has already spent more on postage than the computer thinks I owe them. I do believe I'll just sit back and watch how much more money on postage will be spent for the sake of the $072 that I do not owe them. :

That's why I love this site. If you've got a problem, someone has a fix for it, or at least can point you in the right direction.

Just throwing in my two cents. Star-Tron is a great product also. It only requires an ounce or two per tank of gas. to accomplish the same thing as Sea-Foam.

Better yet, siphon it and pour it into your car/truck gas tank. Make sure the tank is at least half full. Your vehicle will never know the difference.

I suspect that you have had no responses is because there are very few people who are familiar with your particular unit. My suggestion is that you log on to www.lowrance.com. Lowrance has an excellent sonar tutrorial.

OK folks, here is the latest update. I have given up on trying to figure out who needs a seat on a boat because so many private deals are being made. If Senko are not required to register due to whatever circumstances then I need to know it. By my count, we now have 33 confirmed attendees, with 29 registered.

I like DEJ. He is a very skilled driver, but he has his Dad's temper. He screwed up the first time by missing his pit. That cost him a lap, He screwed up the next time by pitting outside the box. That cost him a lap. Then his self-frustration and temper took over and he damned near took out the entire field. One of these days he's going to grow up and be as good a driver as his father.

I can't speak for the HDS units, but if you connect your 520 and it's external antenna to the NMEA network, any other unit's internal antenna will be turned off by the network.

spertz, Google Earth does not have a birds eye view. Virtual Earth does, but only in selected areas. On the other hand, Google Earth has what is called a Street Level view, also in selected areas. Both are pretty nifty options.
