There is no Shimano Sheriff. To imply otherwise is doing a disservice to the Moderators of these forums. As Moderators, we all have our preferences. That's right, we are normal people. Only one of us has a strong preference for Shimano, but that is human nature. If you like a Ford or a Chevy, you tend to stick with it and to tout its virtues. The rest of we Mods may have a preference for other brands, but have not been so vocal about it in the past. I certainly have have had a previous love affair with another brand, as do the other Mods, but our prejudices are beginning to change with the introduction of new products to the market place. For example, Pinnacle has introduced a new line of rods and reels that are top-notch. We Mods have had the opportunity to put some of these rods and reels through their paces and have for the most part, been thoroughly impressed.

Attorneys and other bottom feeders have their place in life.

It's decent you troll, not descent. And yes, I love the Everything Else forum. It used to be my favorite hang-out until Glenn forced me to become a Moderator. I had two choices; become a moderator or get banned. I made the wrong decision and became a moderator. Now I'm stuck with having to pretend I'm a nice guy. It only works about 40% of the time.

Rhino likes to hang out on witches forums. You know, those old biddies with cauldrons, and spiders and spells. I think he just likes the old biddies, but he manages to shop-lift some neat stuff.

It's times like this that I really hate the Everything Else forum.

You may want to take a look at the Pinnacle Tournament Class reels. They offer a lot of bang for the buck.

I use a weather rope for the same reasons as above, except I don't have to feed it and it doesn't have to whiz from time to time.

Just a word of caution. When replacing carpet, try to use the same pile density as the one you originally had, otherwise, you may run into a problem with getting your deck lids to close. A thicker carpet pile than the one you originally had may make it very difficult to open and close the lids.

And heaters?

I'm looking for a Mom & Pop outfit that caters to folks who get up early and want a real breakfast. You know, eggs, grits, bacon, biscuits and gravy.
