  2. Got ahold of a good one today on the Chattahoochee. 6lber, green and red seiberts jig
  3. didn't catch many but all bites on a jig. Around 11 o'clock I left the other rods alone and practiced skipping the jig with the BC. getting pretty good as long as my thumb complies. This is a 3# with a 4# head, as you can tell they haven't really started feeding up yet.

  9. I agree with above. Satellite internet is all I have available as well and I do without because its not worth it. Its expensive, they cap the data at around 10 gigs.
  10. 1-4 oz shakyhead with black zoom trick worm anybody notice a pattern with this thread? (fish worms in the summer)
  11. Although I understand your follow up. We are now getting into a whole other can of worms. There have been a few really good threads on color and bass vision over the years. Very interesting but none of them gave me any real insight into what color to use when since there are so many variables, along with things we just can't know
  12. Just to clarify loon is black and bone is white? I don't have a definate answer but I have seen bass key in on a certain color more than size/action. This could be the case here. Maybe we are not giving bass enough credit in how well they can actually see
  13. Whopper poppers create a ton of surface disturbance. It could be invisible and a bass would still know where its at? Your question is still valid but I think the whopper plopper is a bad lure to base this on
  14. "What are you guna catch with that stupid thing" - almost any lure that isn't a worm "What are you doing? Looking at bass.com" - when I'm on my phone on BR "Watch out for the fan" - when I'm tying lures in living room "Oh this one is mad" - while she's fighting fish
  15. no idea for sure but ive had bass that I was sure would live, die, and bass I thought would die, live.
  16. Why would it have kinks? Maybe coils from being spooled for awhile in which case I would cast it out in the yard and walk backwards until I got close to the end. I would then start reeling it back onto the reel tight and spray it with line conditioner every 25 ft. Good to go
  17. Many places have them but I buy siebert outdoors jigs because I'm a fan of the deep throat hooks. I believe their around a buck a piece. Plenty of color heads as well
  18. Couple of the guys in my local bass club are using Lucas spit n shine. I've been meaning to try it myself but t haven't yet. They say it works well. Their boats do look good $60 bucks sounds crazy to me
  19. Ok @Way2slow if your slow I don't know what I should be called lol. To make sure I'm comprehending everything, we want a 10-15 amp smart charger with automatic/float maintenance mode that once in this mode delivers no more than 13.2v and is preferably adjustable? If I got all that right do you have any brands to reccomend for us? Thanks again
  20. There is one from profound outdoors. its a company Timmy Horton, Boyd Duckett and Kelly Jordan are sponsored by. its called azuma or something. ive seen him pushing it on his TV show
  21. That's awesome. I just thought it was neighbors helping neighbors, which it is but never new it had a name or was a group.
  22. I can see that. Them rats always did look like dog toys lol. Good thing you were paying attention and didn't set the hook on just feel without looking
  23. Good one @Catt I came across this topic and it showed your post but not the meme. I clicked just to find out or ask what in the heck the Cajun Navy was lol. Be safe man. Prayers for all affected by the storm
  24. Do you mind elaborating a little on this? Never heard that and very interested.
  25. Are you currently rowing the canoe? If so then my vote is trolling motor. You will eventually probably have both but getting the trolling motor first saves you a lot of rowing
