Yeah I had no idea he did that til I saw the pic, it just had me rolling. My girlfriend actually wanted to go back tomorrow but we have to go to someones birthday, so it looks like we're goin thursday possibly. She really really likes fishing. The first time I took her out on the boat and I thought it'd be a halfday trip, but we got there at like 9 and she didn't even wanna leave but we had to get off the water at 5 She's as crazy as me. Anyway, she has good beginner skills, really good at watching her line and everything. I hope I get her hooked ;D

Went to Fairview today with my buddy Pigsticker (Steve), my brother Ace, and my Girlfriend. Steve caught the first fish, which was the biggest overall. Caught it on a senko texas rigged. The fish was a football!! The rest of the fish were caught on trick worms, the two my GF caught were on a shakeyhead and Ace's was on a Trig. Ace also caught 1 more on a horny toad. I missed 2 fish, one on a horny toad and 1 on a shakeyhead. > My girlfriend schooled me tonight. This was only her 2nd time fishing, 1st time she caught 1 on a shakeyhead too. ;D My girlfriend made my brother do a goofy pose with his fish : Thats right...I was skunked :'( Had fun watchin my girl catch em though

I do this as well as biting down my jig trailers. Especially Yamamoto Flappin hawg 2's, I actually cut them into a V shape so the little balls fit on the jig and go up to the head. Looks really good, and it fits.

I hate how much it costs!!!!!! I took my Girlfriend to see Hancock last Thursday and tickets alone were $23.00 and the total price was $45.00 with drinks and stuff. Good thing it wasn't a tournament weekend :-[

This is very true. I always practiced in my room, and whenever I got out on my boat I was throwin either right at the boat or up in the trees ;D

There was just a thread about it a couple weeks ago. Many people on this board feel the same as you do. I use it as well and think it's great.

No idea what to tell you about that tear but MAN did you get a deal! Have fun with it, we did the same with ours except our boat is only 14' long. It's actually quiet stable, and yours is even bigger. Fished a tourney with my friend Pigsticker who is on this board and he's 6'5 and we had no problems in the boat. Here's the boat the day we finished it. Just ask me if you have any questions

Flippin, I honestly would love to but it's my Dad's weekend to have us kids and we're goin down to the lake and I missed the past weekend with him and haven't seen him in a couple weeks. I'm sorry I have to pass up this offer, but DEFINETLY next time. Sorry Matt

Haha I am sorry I wasn't fishin for compliments there, it looked like I was. I really was mad at myself, just ask pigsticker. He was fishing with me while my brother was down at Gaston. I feel like we did really really well it's just I keep playing the "what if" game in my head about missing those fish. I almost pulled an ike and jumped in after the one at the end with 15 minutes left but nah. Oh well, it keeps me coming back wanting to win more. ;D

Haha he's good but my brother, friends, and I say "Oh I just pulled a skeet reese" When a fish jumps off at the boat, or they say it to the person who just missed a fish. ;D

Me and PIGSTICKER WON!!! Just kidding. The tourney director Mike Fisher won with 18 and a half pounds. We were beat out by .3 of an ounce for big fish!!!!!!! > Everyone had a tough day, we did pretty well though. We are in the top 10 (we believe) with 13.34 pounds for 5 fish. I missed 3 fish today that would have given us a limit. I'm a choke. Awesome day though, heartbreaks and adreniline rushes. Missed a nice 2 lber to give us a limit with 15 minutes left. : I suck.
