been slaying stripers this past week

going to ireland on thursday! anyone ever been there? going to a few places in county kerry

caught a 25lbs striper last night! had another solid hit cast after. went bass fishing after had 2 hits, missed a good fish!

this fish hit a topwater 4 times before inhaling it! epic day sunday!!

It was a good weekend!! Lost count! Fishing was epic' the big fish smashed a topwater! Hit 3 or 4 times before it inhaled it! It wont let me upload the big fish! The only picture was one of the smaller ones we caught

Out of work at 11 pm! Fished 12am to 8 am met up with buddies at 4. Broke my 7 year curse! Felt so d**n good! Going back at 2 am tomorrow

great smallie spot! i havent fished there in a few years but ive caught some nice smallies up shallow this time of year! shocking and probably mostly luck. id target steep bluff walls, humps, holes. fish tubes jigs, crankbaits, dropshots. topwaters early. you can find fish up shallow. mostly small few decent ones. night crawlers ALWAYS WORK!

keep ya head up dude! i used to be like that to man!! im headed to the canal tonight when i get out of work at 11 pm! i havent caught a fish there in years! thats one place i have zero confidence in. im really really praying for one fish tonight! l even used holy water and prayed. i dont even care if its 15 inch striper! i NEED ONE JUST ONE!!! AHHHHHH it kills me. im a decent fishermen, not good but decent, and to always get skunked at place kills me!! REVERSE THE CURSE!!

i fish 99% ponds, i love jig fishing, use them more when the weeds arent an issue. spring fall and winter. i love love love black and blue, black, black red, any color variation with black. i crawl em along. mainly jiggle. what i mean by jiggle, shake the rod tip. so the skirt and trailer move but the whole jig barley moves. i caught some of my biggest fish on jigs in the cold water seasons

SUCKED!! the whole day did!! got to spot number 1. saw fish up in the river and at the mouth. we didnt fish em, 90% of the time they are pickerel or small bass. worked our way around the shore, fishing swimbaits and frogs. nothing. tried punch the pads nothing. texas rigged, jigging, swimbaits along the deep stumps, nothing. i switched to old faithful, caught a 2.7lber on a fluke bait in 2 feet of water in a mid pond flat. went back up. had a few hits in the river. one fish followed the fluke all the way to the kayak and hit its head on the boat. couple of pickerel. my buddy fished alot of spinner baits and buzz baits, with some texas rig. fished another pond a part of the same chain of pond. nothing, swimbaits, frogs, wacky rigs, texas rig, spinner baits and buzz baits. pond 3, new pond, we dragged the yaks through thick woods, cut our own launch in some thorns and bushes. fished here about 20 min before getting booted. we caught 19 bass, bag weight was a whopping total of 2.5lbs. we tried weighing one fish, it weighed a whopping 0.0lbs

thats what im gona do! im headed there tomorrow moring early! havent fished it this year. im gona punch the **** out of! going heavy! 50lbs braid to the bottom. theres friggin giants in here

even if they arent matted?? i dont think i got any punching weights but i got a few 1 ounce flipping jigs

i caught a 6lbser on in stained water pond on a full moon night, used a big black 9inch slammer. its a waking swimbait, twitched on top. lost a big fish before this 6lbser. back to back casts.

i got a spot loaded with heavy weeds and tree stumps. the pond is clear. with a river channel snaking its way through, on the edge of the channel its 3-4 feet with stumps, it drops to 10-15 feet deep with stumps and trees. theres stumps here that are surrounded by 4 feet of water but under the stump its 8 feet. there is tons of food in here. chock full of herring, perch,sunnies, frogs, crappies. i usually fish topwater, like frogs and weedless weightless plastics, but i want the giants that lurk bellow in the stumps and weeds.

you could try a drop shot rig, like cast out and let it hit bottom and shake the worm

caught a handful of dinks and a 5.5lber yesterday!! smoked a chartreuse 9inch slammer, twitched near some bog pumps.

im headed out bass fishin in my yak. first time in 2 months finally got a car. SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!

people who dont fish that come with you and distract you, eff around, play music, then get bored and want to leave
