We had more deaths than 113 from a single flood in September/October just last year, just in one area. I think there were plenty more in the coastal regions that weren’t included in that count

Well, the interstate that washed away last fall is closed again. They had one lane open in each direction, I actually rode thru there Friday. . Looks like it will be shut down completely for a few weeks at a minimum.
