  1. Zoom finesse. Purple (jubebug), black, green pumpkin, and watermelon red flake. That’s my jam
  2. It’s pretty awesome to see the elites fish your home pond, think I’ve gotten to see it 3 times and will be 4 this time next year
  3. McKinney is close to 30 today I bet
  4. 75 lbs would break the record by a good bit I think. 90 would be insane
  5. You gotta love this guy
  6. I knew you were just waiting for a thaw to continue catching big uns
  7. Yeah they announce the winner on the classic stage, that’s the reason for the delay
  8. Yes, nightmare fuel haha. I’ve had to do that once but the waves weren’t quite that big, in a hellacious thunderstorm
  9. Yes it’s a nice reel! The only thing I wish it had was anti reverse switch because I’m a backreeler but I’ve been using the drag and it works smoothly, has a pleasant sound to it 😂 It casts a mile with 6 lb mono, I’ve got a fairly whippy rod paired with it, which is also awesome for feeling that light “tick” of a bite on top of the long bomb casts
  10. Trey McKinney with a 7!
  11. I wish! Although it may be frozen haha. St croix GXR
  12. @keagbassr is baaaaccckkk!!!!

@JHoss, I agree. Bass fishermen can be their own worst enemy always releasing everything and end up with a bunch of really smart 2 lb fish that can’t grow
  15. Scott Martin just landed a nice one! Kyoya also got a 6 lber I have a feeling John garret may win, he’s lethal with the Carolina rig
  16. Nice! I’ve never seen one of those in person but I’ve heard of them, I think Mike has them in his home pond

Alabama bass trail recently held a tournament on Guntersville, I believe I heard there were 58 bags weighed in over 20 lbs. 58!!! This is one of the most, if not the most pressured lakes in America. Tournaments during the spawn, delayed mortality, FFS, all that and a bag of chips. Where’s the negative effect on the fishery ??? It is obviously non existent
  18. Give em hell, Clayton!!!
  19. From the crick ! Or the rain barrel at the downspout here’s our generator at work, that thing will put lead in your pencil. It shakes a 100,000 square foot 3 story brick building, got a 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank underground
  20. They were fatties sure, fight like the devil
  21. You can always boil water on a camp stove. We stayed on an island for 6 days with no power or running water this summer. I did acquire leeches while bathing in Lake Superior , those things are quick
  22. One thing is for certain: I’ve never had $7k-$10k worth of food in my refrigerator/freezer. What are we so scared of? Unless I need electricity to deal with a medical condition, I don’t need a generator
  23. Just because a human wants the fish to follow a pattern, doesn’t mean the fish have to follow a pattern. They are free to do whatever they want. No work schedule, no time to clock in, no coffee pot, etc. What ecological advantage does it serve a fish to be predictable?
  24. Patterns are non existent on my home waters. It really frustrates the BASS competitors when they come here. All the weigh in interviews are “you can’t pattern these fish.” If you’re trying to “put the puzzle pieces together,” it’s gonna be a rough day. aint no puzzle and there ain’t no pieces, just fish and catch what bites the highland lakes have patters but not the main river @Bluebasser86 is the king of junk fishin, he will catch them with the entire tackle box on a single day
  25. They were running big last night, loads of fun on the st croix
