  1. Like Darren said, your covered, but I love a Med as I am more accurate with a Med BC than I am spinner. Also, the M is better for Lighter CB
  2. There is a lot of bait that is best used to catch fisherman, but your blanket statement is a bit simplistic and fly’s in the face of the belief in patterns....... ......as for bed fishermen, there are a few notable marine biologists that believe it has little to no impact on bass populations
  3. This pro pulled a JV move and after seeing the fallout still couldn’t act like a man and just own it! .......besides, who really cares
  4. The hooks on the particular bait is bad.....anything is an improvement
  5. Heck, seeing that made MY day!
  6. I don’t go out before 6:00 until after spawn
  7. If all the above fails, a call to the AG’s office of consumers protection in the state where they reside, usually gets people’s attention with nothing more than submitting a statement and documentation. I have seen this work a few times edit.....the company is usually notified immediately that a complaint was lodged and investigation opened........That’s what usually bring a satisfactory resolution
  8. Look at Lund...... there are a ton of used ones out there.....probably the most common aluminum V boat on my lake
  9. The timing of this is great as I just made a resolution to drop 20lbs by Aug. Additionally I keep a foam roller on the boat so I can help reduce sciatica and keep a scoliosis from flaring up.
  10. Something similar happened to me last summer. A boat jumped in about 20 meters in front of me going down a cove. I speed up and they were shocked that I would approach...the and the conversation was something like this.... Me..Howdy, nice looking boat there and it looks like it is going to be a great day. Them..Thanks and yeah, going to be a good one. Me. Sorry to get in the way of your fishing, but just wondering what you plan on fishing today. Them. Why? Me. I was on this line heading to the point, and life’s to short to get upset about a fish..We just don’t do that here ( they were clearly from MA). Them..yeah, I knew better and sorry, we’ll pull out. Me. No need, I’m moving, but be careful, most of the regulars would have their panties in a twist. I have found that folks can be tough from a distance, but are more reasonable when the higher ground is taken
  11. There was a time that all the above ticked me off, and occasionally they still do, but these are first world problems and not worth raising my blood pressure......Heck at some point, I probably did most of the above. Selfisness, and ingratitude can get my knickers in a twist .......and as @A-Jay said, incurable diseases
  12. Grandson’s 2nd birthday and first time on the boat.....guess I am going to have to start wearing a PFD...

My son and I am both life members
  14. My Mrs works in a pediatric office and they are flooded with call daily on this very subject, that said, medical professionals say they need to be attached for 72 hrs before harm can be done
  15. My grandson is still to young, but this weekend, I will be filling my well with minnows and giving him a small net......should fascinate him for hours
  16. I feel your pain, my wife is an occasional angler and makes me crush the barb and only throws a white fluke or wacky black/blue senko and is a 3 lb magnet .
  17. I know this isn’t much of a fish, but this one has been on the same freekin dock for years and nobody has been able to get her........I small victory, but a victory none the less
  18. If I am wearing underwear, there’s a high probability that a weapon is within arms reach and my personal space is 10 yards .......because the average younger guy can close on me in 2 seconds. While this is alarming, FBI statistics show that in civilian related shootings, less than 2% of the time, the attacker was targeting an armed person. It is far more likely that you would find yourself in a predicament where others are threatened..
  19. Any experience with the 6’8”? It’s primary use would be for 1/4 ounce poppers and small Squarebills. There isn’t a lot written, but an article and YouTube videos on Zell has peaked my interest. Thanks Al
  20. Got my first one on Toho last Winter......It was like landing a freight train!
  21. Spinning gets the uni to uni everything else gets FG .........get a spring loaded clamp and attach the end of braid to your shirt and lean the pole away. Having 2 hands allows you to tension and tie it in a minute. ......get 2 wood dowls and wrap with tape.....take a couple wraps to help tighten. imho 40 lb is a little overkill unless you are in the slop and in that case, no leader is nessessary
  22. 832, Smackdown,Fins, Gamma
  23. At those lengths it is more about balance and the situation you are going to fish. Only you can tell
  24. Learn to go through the gills to roll the hook out. There are many YouTube videos on the subject, and once learned, it is easy
