Cortisone shots are helpful but according to my wife’s previous doctor she said they should only be temporary due to long term effects and added damage from extended use (I’m not a doctor so take it for what it’s worth). A friend of mine who’s 52 just had both his done over the last year (full replacement) and wished he had done it sooner. The second one wasn’t as smooth sailing but he’s still glad he did.
  2. Failure on both parts in my opinion. Her customer service skills are lacking quite a bit which sounds like things went south from there and you and the staff fed off each other’s negative reactions. Had this happened to me, after getting the response from the counter lady I would’ve gone around patiently asking people if they owned the vehicle. If you rely on other people you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. The picture thing I think was a bit creepy. JMO
  3. You’re a glass half full guy aren’t ya Paul!
  4. Try catching one on a soft plastic worm. Whole different taste. ?
  5. They are, but he’s managed to weasel his way into me liking him.
  6. I didn’t want a cat, the wife gets one anyways, and now he’s glued to me. Thankfully I get paid by the hour and not by the report I type up. ?
  7. Well you can probably check off a lightning strike. My guess is lightning bugs on Redbull. ?
  8. That’s unfortunate. The silver lining is you recognize it and the vicious cycle will be broken. Too many times it isn’t. My wife’s father wasn’t the greatest and she and her siblings don’t have a relationship with him but my brother in-law followed in his footsteps and is a ? dad to our nephew.
  9. Is there a burnt spot right there? That’s very interesting that’s for sure!
  10. You can dress for the cold, you can’t do that with the heat. I’ve broken a sweat in -10 temps. I’ve never froze my butt off in 100* temps.
  11. Holy smokes! It’s hot as h e l l here in Michigan, but after reading this thread I’m beginning to think it’s winter in the rest of the country! ?
  12. If that’s your plan I think it’s a good idea putting the smaller unit at the helm since most of your time will be at the bow. If your budget and space allowed another 93SV I’d do it which I did. The reason I say this if you’re using split screen, things get cramped on the 7” and even on the 9” for that matter but a 9” is more doable.
  13. My wife did that to our slider about 6 years ago at our old house. ?
  14. Haven’t you heard?
  15. Interesting, I’ve owned several over the years and I’ve never had that issue. I wouldn’t think you could tighten the tension knob enough that you couldn’t pull line but have you checked it? I agree it has to be something simple.
  16. Cottonwood trees are the devil!!!!
  17. There are so many dogs who are abandoned because people only look at the beauty of the dog and not the trait and breed. Malinutes are a beautiful dog but I’m not active enough. My guy Hank is beautiful, white, and fluffy. The cutest puppies you’ll ever see! But they’re nocturnal by nature, you’re not going to erase 1000 years of breeding. He’s big and gentle, protective, and the best dog ever, but he’s nocturnal , and barks as a defense mechanism. Again you can’t erase 1000 years of DNA. My point, look into a breed and not just the beauty of a dog. There are too many dogs that end up in a rescue because people look at the beauty of a dog and not their DNA.
  18. Hopefully you get a lot of Dude wipes ‘cause you’re going to need it!
