At a quick glance it looks like the path of the tornado was north of A-Jay so that’s good at least. I did read that 12,000 of the 14,000 residents are without power so I’m guessing and hoping that’s why we haven’t heard from him. I’m guessing he probably has some clean up to do too. Tornados up there are pretty rare that’s for sure.

The garage floor looks super nice! Yes moving does suck! We just finished our move last Friday. That was the second time in six month (stayed in rental while our house was being built). We counted the other day how many times we’ve moved in the 17 years we’ve been together and I wanted to puke! I told my wife the other day the next time I move I’ll be carted out of this place on a stretcher, feet first, in a black zip up bag! Toe tag is optional.

Not one bit. Since we moved I have two new to me lakes Less than 10 minutes from our house we’re going to explore this year. I’m pretty fortunate that for the last 12 years I’ve had a company truck I get to take home every night so my personal truck gets less than 40 miles a week put on it so the gas prices don’t hurt me as much as most. Mrs. 12poundbass is a traveling dog groomer so she’s had to adjust her prices a tad to offset the gas prices though.

I’ve been a CCR fan thanks to my dad, since I was a young kid. I went to a Credence Clearwater Revisited concert about 18 years ago but obviously he wasn’t a part of that. Still a good show though.

He’s still jammin 50 years later. This version is the best. What I wouldn’t give to sit down with him for a few hours to watch him play and listen to stories.

One of the areas we cover at work is known for being one of the largest producers of apples and peaches here in Michigan. I always try to make it up there this time of the year to see the miles and miles of Apple blossoms.

I have done any grilling with the exception of burgers and brats since last summer so I really haven’t priced and cuts of meat lately but pork loins used to be priced pretty fair.

My son bought himself one last year and loves it. I’ve tried it a few times and it’s a pretty good combo. Like previously mentioned once you get it dialed in you can launch a lure pretty far.

I’m the same way and was when we pulled our son from private school three weeks into this school year. He wanted to and my wife did too but I didn’t. I was a nervous wreck for him but he absolutely loved it and made friends really quick. He’s actually grown from the change. The OP did say it’s only ten minutes away so his kids would still have their friends just not see them every day at school. They’re big into sports too so I’m assuming they probably know kids from the potential new school which was the case with our son.
