The tatula ct 7.3:1 is red, the Attila ct type r has even more red and is a lil bit nicer, both great reels Not the length power and action I’d recommend for just one setup but if your son is set in red, the falcon Lowrider 20, old model specifically, would go great with either reel. that being said I love the Dobyns fury as it is a great rod for its price. I also love the Sierra, might be worth the upgrade but that’s up two you. Either will work great. id recommend a 7’mh, and a 7.3:1 with 30 lb braid. It’s the most versatile. Braid floats and is stiff and strong

They are the last generation, not the touchscreen version. Have not mounted the other one bc I need to mount it’s trandsucer on the trolling motor. That would be nice if I could do that although I am not sure

falcon makes good swim jig specific rods. match your price to the model, and decdide which specific rod you want. 7.3:1 Daiwa Tatulal SV, or if he is smaller as a kid, consider the Tatula Ct model as the eel Fram is smaller and would make it easier to hold. SV is better than CT but both great reels. 7'0" MH Fast Dobyns Sierra 30 lb braid this will do everything he need and is a great setup, especially for a beginner

I have two 14' semi-v boats that I use in electric only lakes for the most part. I do have a 25 hp motor that I need to get running again. I am currently running a Garmin 93SV up front, that runs all the way to the back, where the transducer is attached to an old mind Kota trolling motor that I removed the prop and the handle for. I want to run my second unit up front and attach the transducer to the trolling motor. I didn't buy a transducer yet. Which transducer will fit on a mini Kota power drive v2 55lb 54"? and how do I mount it. thanks

My brief search turned up no info on fall bass fishing in the morning. I am considering bass fishing tomorrow morning. Air temps call for 45* and rain late morning. Water temps were 59.6* today. Didn’t try hard but got two bites in 30’. Marked a ton of fish in 30-40’ inside a channel off the main lake. Not sure if bass but big marks. Will fishing be good really early on? I tend to fish late afternoon in the fall. Fishing in pa.

Just purchased a Remington 700 Magpul Enhanced chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. I am planning on using this rifle for hunting and target practice between 300-1,000 yards. going to purchase 4 boxes of ammo, 2x 140 gr Remington Core-Lokt PSP Rifle Ammo, and 2x 143 gr Hornady Precision Hunter ELD-X Rifle Ammo. Planning on using the Hornady for actual hunting, and the Remington for sighting the rifle in and target practice. Will go through the two Remington boxes first and then one box of Hornady in the first range session. - purchased a Nikon PROSTAFF 5 2.5-10X40 BDC
