  1. When I lived in Ohio I never heard of it either. Here in TN there are a bunch of people that do it. I was told to use it for everything - riding mower, weed eater, chainsaw, bonfire starter ... My in laws only use 100%, he has a full size gmc and she has a lexus SUV I see a lot of people fill the truck up and then pull the boat up filling everything with 100% My neighbor says he runs it after a couple of tanks of the corn syrup to clean it out ?
  2. So I snagged some braid like about 50 yards of the stuff On the end was this set up. Discuss ....
  3. I'm going, hopefully all 3 days. Some other idiot isn't keeping this idiot off the water. Plus, I'll go b4 sun rise and be off before most shake last nights hangover
  4. I made a couple of 8hr drives to Ohio recently. The majority of people passing me (I do 5-10 over) were women in SUV's Sure, you get a couple dudes showing off But mostly women driving like business as usual
  5. I caught the tail end, just seemed like a same spot issue. From what I gathered is they both fished there at some point yesterday Today Gman started off there and then DiPalma showed up Casting to the same small area, Gman dragged Dipalmas lure to the boat a few times As DiPalma was coming towards Gmans boat, Gman told the camera guy to film "this guy" Sounded like Gman big brothered him and told him to move on, son.
  6. My lake was down all spring which allowed all these yellow flowers to grow where the water should be. With 880 miles of shoreline it added some extra pollen to the air.
  7. Feider better make a comeback, he's my B pick
  8. I like the off shore cranking tourneys. Those Crush 300DD's are gonna be flying off the shelves
  9. Some lakes it's an eternal merry-go-round at the good spots. Sometimes you can hit them right, others you have to revisit again and again. If an hour or two has passed I'd feel a lot more confident than if he just left a minute ago.
  10. Saw this houseboat at the ramp a month or so ago When these go by my 16 footer, I'm glad I've got butt seat to lean on
  11. I'm calling the pros, getting sprayed is not on my bucket list
  12. I watched my neighbor trap one, toss a tarp on it and then place it into a wheelbarrow full of water. Skunk drowned and he didn't get sprayed. I figured I'd use the same plan of attack ..... Guess there might be more to it.
  13. I was cracking up after reading this !! Glad you had a good time. Tournament fishing is a shoulda, woulda, coulda type of game. Like you said there were 8 guys up north catching them. 7 of those guys are deep in the shoulda, woulda, coulda's right about now. They picked the right area, but what was the winner doing that they were not? Did you try to upsize your presentation? Keep any perch for dinner? lol
  14. There is no sliding scale for which variable will hold more weight. Unless you knew where I was going to be, then go somewhere else You can bet I've found the dead sea
