Tackle Warehouse?
I had similar issues with TW. Slow shipping and the fact that I had two separate cards, two separate occasions compromised was enough for me to refuse to do business with them. Bass Pro Shops, Omnia and Fish USA all have fast shipping, anything I ordered was in stock and are secure.

White bass, one of my favorites
When I lived in Nashville, my late fishing partner had a spot on Old Hickory Lake where we would absolutely catch a ton of white bass in the mid to late spring. Good times. RIP Richard

Popular lures/equipment that you don’t like - and vice versa
I’m with you @Pat Brown

I am appalled.
I haven’t read my In-Fisherman yet, so o haven’t read the article. Not sure about the whole “less than a bass but more than a panfish” either, but I’ll say this. Those things are a blast to catch. Small Rooster Tail, 2 lb test on an ultra light rod……good times!

Faraday Box
Thanks Koz, the more you know! Again, like my friend Ken, all our fobs will do is lock/unlock our vehicles.

Faraday Box
Like Ken, I have a Faraday wallet. I’ve been reading a little about a Faraday pouch for a cellphone. What is the benefit of having one for your key fobs?

Length of the Average Fishing Trip
When I was younger I was a daylight to dark angler. Now that I’m older with bad knees and hips, arthritis in my lower spine about all I want is a four hour trip, six on an exceptionally good day.

Anyone else reconnecting with mono?
I reconnected to mono several years ago, it’s all I use now. BPS Excel, 8 lb and under on spinning reels, 10 lb and heavier on casting reels.

anti-seasick tips?
Several years ago I mentioned to my family MD that we were fixing to go on a cruise. Also mentioned that I was mildly afraid of getting seasick. He prescribed two weeks worth of prescription strength meclazine. Sorry, I don’t remember the strength. Said to start taking them one week before departure and on every day of the cruise. I didn’t have any issues at all.

Moving is Expensive
I feel your pain @Kayak Koz. I spent the last year and a half remodeling an old house. Finally got it finished and the movers got us in this past Monday. As our bedroom furniture was already fairly new, my wife kept it. By the way, I highly recommend a Purple mattress! She did buy new living room, den and breakfast room furniture. Paying the movers was just a drop in the proverbial bucket compared to the furniture store! I don’t care, if my beautiful wife is happy, I’m happy.

do you dress like a fisherperson?
Since the vast, vast majority of my wardrobe came from Bass Pro Shops, I’m thinking that I definitely dress like a fisherman.

Is flourocarbon worth the headache?
To answer your question, flourocarbon line is not worth the headache or the money for me. I went back to all monofilament, all the time.

Happy Easter
Indeed!!! I know that I’m late, sorry. Happy Easter to each and every one of you!

Gear ratios do they matter?
I used to play the gear ratio game but quit when I decided to, as Henry David Thoreau said, “Simplify, simplify, simplify.” All of my baitcaster’s are 7.0:1. I can increase my rate of retrieve or slow down when needed. For square bills I usually use moderately slow retrieve.

I feel so inept.
Right there with you! We’ve got smart tv’s, other than the picture I hate them. Give me an old school dumb tv.
