Berkley Flute Worm
After checking it out it is something I wouldn't spend my money on. There are too many much better worm choices out there that I would take over that one.

What is a popular opinion you disagree with?
I don't believe all the pro videos I see. I think if sales are way down on a particular bait they get the pros to make videos telling you how good they are and hope they get lucky and actually catch a fish with it. Remember the Dancin Eel. You can't catch fish on a topwater in the middle of the day. Crankbaits have to hit something to catch fish. You must have red hooks to catch fish. The best soft plastic colors have some red in them.

Zoom Swimmin' Chunk
I have these in a few colors. I bought them to use as trailers on 3/16 ounce finesse jig. I have caught fish with them but I don't fish jigs as much as I should.

Your Better Half
My wife goes with me once in a while. This is the first year she has bought her license and gone fishing with me in about three years. She doesn't like to be gone as long as I do So I try to fish a place closer to home and not stay out as long. I bought her a couple of BPS Extreme spincast reels and put them on some extra rods I had. I pick out what I think she should use to catch some fish. A lot of times she catches one before I do.

Single tail or double tail Curly Grubs
I use a Zoom Fat Albert single tail grub if I am fishing it as a Texas rig. I use the twin tail Fat Albert for a jig trailer.

Beetlespins gettin er done
Just a quick update to my earlier post. I had to wait and go fishing today instead of Thursday. I used a Beetle Spin for a little while. I caught er snagged one little SMB. The hook went in above its right eye and poked out above the left eye. Had one Crappie get off right at the boat on it. That is my experience so far with a Beetle Spin.

Shakey Head Jig Worms
I usually use Zoom Shaky Head Worms. I have tried using Trick Worms but the fish only nipped at them instead of really going after them. Catch plenty of fish on a Trick Worm Texas rigged.

How many jigs do you buy at a time?
I usually buy D&L jigs. They come in plastic bags stapled 10 to a card. If it is a color really like I will buy the whole card. If it is a color I just want to try I may only buy 3 or 4.

Preferred line for cranks?
I use Sufix Siege 12# mono for crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and topwater poppers, buzzbaits, and walking baits.

Plastic Curly Tail Grubs
Thanks for posting this. I just bought a pack of 4" and a pack of 5" Hula Grubs. Planning to use them on a shaky head when I get to try them.

Where could I go to get my boat and trailer weighed and how much would it cost?
If you have a recycling center near you that takes scrap metal and aluminum they would have scales.

Past years or new?
I like the older models better. I am still using some old Curado B reels and wish they would make them again. I am not saying new gear is bad but I am tired of everything seeing how fast they can go to and not make anything in slower speeds. I still like my slower speed reels and will keep using them as long as I can.

Anyone seeing changes in Cabelas stores that they've been to?
@MADCOYOTE needs to be using those points. They running the points system under BPS now. Cabelas would let you keep building on them but with BPS you have to use them within a year or lose them. I lost some points several years ago because I did not use them.

Plastic Curly Tail Grubs
Zoom Fat Albert grubs. Watermelon Seed, Rootbeer Pepper Green, and Chartreuse Pepper have worked best for me.

Baitcaster/Spinning Reel
I am the same as @JediAmoeba. I have to cast right handed, switch the rod to my left hand and reel casting and spinning gear with my right hand. I have tried casting left handed but it was not a pretty sight.
