Notification Problems
For about a week I have been getting notifications about members commenting or reacting to a post. Problem is they are not for me. They are about something other people have posted and I had not seen these posts and new nothing about them. A lot of them are in the post a photo a day thread. I hope someone can figure out what is going on and help me get this issue straightened out.

Post a photo a day!
Years ago I worked for a propane gas company. This appears to be a 500 gallon tank. The law required a tank that big be at least 25' away from any buildings.

Post a photo a day!
I know what you mean. I had that happen many times before I retired. Now my knees are so bad from arthritis I don't go a lot because sometimes I feel like I can't trust them to hold up when moving around in the boat. I go when I feel like I can. Good luck if you go.

Looks good. Glad to see you are not wasting your time foolishly going fishing. LOL

St. Augustine bass fishing for largemouth

Suffix advance
I am using this in 12# test. I only use it on baitcasters. I would not recommend it for a spinning reel. I use a San Diego jam knot most of the time and have not had any problems with it. I'm not sure what you mean by the elastic threshold. I have pulled it to break off soft plastics when they get hung up and maybe cut some more off. One of the owners of our local tackle shop recommended it to me. He does fish a lot of tournaments and says he likes it for flipping and pitching in to heavy cover. I only use it for soft plastics and jigs.

I have had very good luck with Sunline Super Fluorocarbon For $14.99 for 200 yard spools. One of the guys at our local tackle shop recommended it to me. I see no reason to spend a lot more for the high dollar lines when I like what I am using now. Just like anything else everybody has there own opinion.

Suffix advance
I quit buying line from BPS a long time ago because they had gotten so much more expensive than what I can get it for in other places. While the floro I use is a smaller spool I have had very good luck with it. Since I don't fish tournaments I don't need the most expensive line out there.

Close bail manually?
I close mine by hand and pull the line tight against the reel and start reeling. When I first started using a spinning reel I got so frustrated with line twist problems I quit using them for a long time. I finally talked to a guy in our local tackle shop about it. He told me about the differences the types of line can make. He also said to close the bail by hand and use a barrel swivel and a leader to help stop line twist. Problems have been very rare since I started doing these things.

Suffix advance
The places I have checked it is $4 to $5 more. I can buy a good florocarbon line for the same price.

Suffix advance
I was going to try this but it is more expensive than Sufix Siege. Siege has been an excellent line for me. I don't want to spend more for something I may or nay not like.

Worm Gear?
I try to put a couple of drops of oil on mine every time I use them.
