  1. UK and UT have always been such rivals I had to throw that in there. People are so crazy up here you get death threats if you say anything bad about UK. I don't believe the fans are anywhere near that bad for any other school.
  2. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  3. How about this blast from the past. Bill Dance had the wonderful Dancin Eel out there. It didn't catch fish. It also didn't catch fish over 30 years ago the first time it was put on the market. Guess he thought if he waited long enough nobody would remember it. Sponsor ship is a wonderful thing.
  4. Sorry about that. My mistake.
  5. We were in Nashville one time with my BIL and his wife. walking through Opry Mills Mall we come to a UT store. My Bil goes to the doorway and yells go UK. We disappeared to avoid the death threats we knew were coming. He was going to be on his own dealing with those crazy UT fans.
  6. I don't have to worry about that. I don't have a way to make videos and what few fish I catch nobody would want to see anyway.
  7. I used to fish out of a 14' aluminium V hull with an 18 horse motor. One problem with tiller steering is you are sitting further back and that makes it harder to see any limbs or other debris in the water that could damage the boat or motor. If you have someone with you they will probably be sitting in the front seat. They will have to watch for hazards for since you won't be able to see around them. Make sure the boat you get has a fire extinguisher and any other required safety equipment with it.
  8. i believe you and @A-Jay will both make it out by labor day. If you don't I really don't want ant part of your weather.
  9. There are two BPS stores that I can go to. One is about 80 miles away and the other one is about 115 miles away. There have been many times in both stores they have asked if I needed any help. I usually tell the I'm just looking to see if they have anything I don't already have. Honestly when I have needed help with something they have been very good at taking care of whatever I needed. One fellow at the closer store does fishing demos and his recommendations about which baits to use have been very good.
  10. Hello and welcome to the forum. Your pictures didn't come through.
  11. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  12. I caught about a 10# carp one time and it was interesting. I was trying to get it back to the boat as I wanted my crankbait back It was on old Rebel Wee R. I would get it close to the boat and it would take off again. When I finally got it up to the boat I found out I had snagged it in the tail but I did get my bait back.
  13. Is better to give than to receive so I am going to give the snow and cold back to you.
  14. I have a small soft tackle bag from BPS that should work. I think it has 10 bags in it. I use mine for storing jigs and trailers in it. You could store 20 bags of soft plastics in it if they are the smaller bags. Large bags like Ol Monster worms would not fit very good.
  15. I store mine in the original bags and put them in soft tackle bags from BPS made for storing soft plastics.
  16. My best guess would be a really large generator. If I am right will you at least keep all your snow and cold to your selves?
  17. I have the same boat you do. You will need to to put it in auto and then turn on the aerator pump switch on the dashboard to fill the livewell. All this knob is doing is operating a cable to open and close a livewell control valve down in the bilge area. I wish you a lot of luck with it. I had a lot of trouble getting mine to hold water. After getting robbed twice by the dealer for new livewell control valves I finally bought a rubber plug to put in the bottom opening in the livewell. Also once the livewell is filled you can put the aerator switch on auto and it will run the pump for one minute every five minutes to help keep your fish alive.
  18. I would like to add when you get to Cookeville you might want to stop and get something to eat. I have made that drive once and if I remember right this is about the half way point between the two cities. I'm glad we stopped to eat because once you get past Cookeville there is nothing until you get to Knoxville.
  19. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  20. I have to agree with @TOXIC. If most of the pros didn't have super electronics and Hydrowaves they couldn't catch a fish. I feel like if you have to have all that your'e not much of a fisherman anyway. Take all of that away and we would find out who the good fisherman really are.
  21. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  22. I'm sure you will catch a bunch with them.

  25. They look really good. While it is different would an Indiana blade do the same thing? I have been wanting to get some Indiana blades for my spinnerbaits to replace willow leaf blades.
