I use mepps most but i use mine in both salt and fresh i buy the plain trebles and cut the hook off and replace with a stainless steel hook and ring.. number 2 and 3 are my go toos silver or gold blades do it all the hooks i use are the tru turn catfish hooks SS and i put diff things on back...pork rinds grubs worms etc very versital moving baits ..

Ive never seen any ....but id try drilling spools buy what u can off ebay or where ever and start drilling...ive done a few 4500s spools it made them somewhat lighter but i really dont no if it helps with 1/4- oz or.more make sure u drill same amount on each spool so.as.to even out the weight BTW i wouldnt do this unless u have a drill press great eyes and a little knowlege of drilling soft metal cause it will bend really easy and mess up your whole spool

Seafoam it pour about 2 oz in a full tank of fuel let it run for a while then shut it off.it will get in carb and clean any sludge in the needles and jets ..and if that dont work the most likly is carb or your sparkplug is burning cold BTW go with a autolite spark plug if u get a new one and no gas over a week old gas has ethenal in it and that soaks up moisture so if gas is old over a week or 2 its getting moisture from the night to day change in temp.

One rod to do it all is a relative term...species,lures u have i think i can do all the fishing that i do with a 6 Ft med action 2 peice ugly stik and a dawia 1500 size with 3 spools of dif line braid around 20 lbs mono around 10 and 6 lbs...give me some mepps purple manns worms rapalas a 2 inch grub a spook...i think i got most of what i like to catch covered short and med range casting..if you dont think one setup can do it i got ocean front property really cheap in montana ill sell ya..btw i did it all when i was a kid with one setup and a box of lures a bike crappie bass perch catfish bluegill all day..i didnt no or care there if there were better rods reels lures i was doin it all fine and dandy...now i got so much stuff i acquired over the yrs i forgot what i was really fishing for ...

Thats the hard part finding them in the box stores mom and pops have them more often im sure cabelas and bps have them very underated lures ..the ss and finfish are also great baits also

Slow seem to stack on itself ...faster will criss cross braid making slightly easier to cast and no dig in when drag is working ..thats the idea anyhow works with mono and flouro the same ...

I feel better the ...mental part got to me christmas week now on xanax and prozac ...been driving a school bus over 20 yrs MVA took away my CDL license for a yr i can get it back if i have no incidents for a yr and get a evaluation every 3 months ...this is alll new to me i love when it gets dark and watch TV and i sleep fine but the mornins .wow i feel like i wanna die mentally. The first month and a half after my stroke i was run and gun 7 days a week not working just walkin around doin stuff never had mornin issues.now all of a sudden mornins are dreadful .im lost whats really weird is i can get up to pee at 4 or 5 am i feel fine but as soon as i get up to start the day when it gets light im totally jeykel and hyde from few hrs before... Layed in bed 2 days in a row flippin turnin talkin cryin laughing alone ..sister.brought me Xanax and 30 mins later i was me.again im good now well 5 days since i seen neurologist and got meds but dammm...
