When can i buy and message ppl on the flea market ..tia Trying to messsage dave on flea market about his reels

The 4500 and 4600 size abus are perfect for pistol grips around 6 ft i have med size hands and they fit just right enough to hold onto and not too much after a day of fishing ..ive found some reels to small like 1600 size abus even though i love them not very comfy on any rods i have ..some others also even me with med hands i like a reel i can manhandle lol

IMO and IME over the yrs ..ive found a good couple of reels ..im very partial to abu Garcia 4500s and 4600s its what i use most ...but i been buying the curado 100d when i find them and they are hott little reels ...so thats me ..50 yr old reels and modern 100d not a glitch in either ones.

Back in the good ol days shimano had a lifetime warranty on rods and you could return them to same place and get a new one them days are all gone wish you luck

Ive never had a problem ordering from overseas ...cant say the same for local mail

Yes indeed love this stuff ...and the penns all they need are some bearings from boca or fast eddy and just as smooth as new reels..even a new bearing in rotor of a z or greenie makes it a smooth as 10 bearing modern reels

Abu 1500c with a berkley lightning rod pistol grip from the 80s..with some 8 lb big game and a manns 6 inch grape worm OR a mepps #2 black fury

Penn z series and older pflueger baitcasters the smaller ones with knuckle buster handles..i think these 2 reels will last forever..no springs and you can cast the small baitcasters without a levelwind if u need too

01 cent each for 3 mepps killer kits at kmart when they left our area Dicks had VMC barbarian treble hook kits for .50 cents one time bought all them also.walmart had the bomber spooks made in USA for 75cents ..the saltwater models one sale once i bought them up in 3 walmarts in my area..high pitch and low pitch walkie talkies they was called

I think i can do it..if i had to it be a mepps #2 with a black fury blade and a single hoook in back ....weedless or open it could be a swimbait hook ..with grub or zoom fluke ...or a manns jelly worm grape

I love my little daiwa mini mites got all mine from yard sales the last few yrs..was gonna buy more on the bay ..but wow they aint cheap.do get smooth drags or carbontex for any of these tiny reels drags are main upgrade ..

Yuuup all day....no need for tokyo mex etc etc rigs old reliable is reliable 99% of time if it dont work time for topwater or spinnerbait anyhow IMO

Stream fishing ..it be a fenwick 6 ft light action with a daiwa bg 1500 and some 6 lb yo zuri.

So as are rods lures reels and line ..now lets throw in 4 diff lines for one reel...one for a great knot to the reel lets says 10 yrds of line for a reel knot 20$ speciality line 100 yrds of main line 50$ 10 more yrds of a non stretch line 30$ and lets add a tippet of 3 ft 10$...now we sll set nothing gets away LOL

Not skeered to admit i own many they have a purpose not the best for all.things but what rod is ...with moving baits ..they are perfect though i havent tried the carbon one maybe if they make one with a pistol grip or short handle ..i will try it .fish never did ask what rod was used to catch them..in my 45 yrs of fishing. BTW i use abu round reels exclusively 4500s and 4600 s and they balance out perfect with 9 oz reels

I want to store ammo inside coolers they will be in a shed ..whats a good way to dry storage them. ..take them out of the boxes that could condensate and put in plastic rubbermaids ???

And most times you can find the Korean made revo x inshore for 110 metal framed ..if u like that color enough and have a talented friend with a airbrush get it painted

What nylon gears you speaking of and 20 locked down no wonder lol..they do have a nylon cog but main and pinion are brass

I just sold a 2500c for 125 to buy a 1500c for 115 both in great shape i got plenty of black max 1600s for under 70 throughout yr and plenty of 1600 morrums under 70 a few yrs back...as of now they are really scarce i got lucky was all the guy had 2 2500c for sale also

Syncronised levelwind with drag is a asset .... more so with bigger fish And light line

Any front pictures with line coming out..i.wouldnt worry about fixing it it doesnt bother anything fish dont care..

Ya i noticed that after i posted i was looking for 8lb BG last month sold out now i see that have most lb and color yay..

Im thinking they come off the same machine...same labels and such only diff is yardage and price

Yo zuri and big game are about even ..for me easy to find maybe not in 2020 but usually lol
