A couple questions Obviously everybody uses everything but I’m stuck on the max 8lb like giving the senko magic. Abrasion resistance aside and all about bites when fishing a clearer Canadian lake so, if that’s true, would you rather ? Straight 30lb braid low vis braid? (Does the braid not sinking like floro impact it as much as a leader?30lb Brad is 8lb mono equal size. This way you lose the ability to sight fish the line too 30lb braid to a 20lb gold label leader ?

Do you guys like these? Also, are they removable without impacting the cork below such as stickiness ?

I agree. Such a one minded response. How can we say I’m stuck in my ways and there isn’t a better way more than once

Any with 50-80lb braid

Alphas is good for skipping. Zillion boost spool isn’t great for skipping unless you’re seasoned and skipping with a faster spool

What’s wrong with pitching on the 844 ?

OkTried straight dawn on the cork followed with magic eraser but it didn’t touch it, I then used acetone twice, didn’t touch it. I’m down to sand paperwork or heat shrink wrap… you can see in the picture a spot that looks and feels good followed by the rest.

Who puts tape on a conquest? I mean, maybe now if you have to but why would you originally do it?

I bought a used conquest 844c from a guy and the cork for some reason is sticky. He said the previous owner told him it was u40. As someone who uses u40 on all my cork I’ve never experienced it to be sticky. I’ve tried light soap & water with a magic eraser twice but it hasn’t changed. Any thoughts on why it could be sticky and if it’s fixable ?

Besides the California swim jig who else makes a 3/4 oz swim jig ? I’m looking to replace some of my lost 3/4 oz revenge swim jigs. If anyone knows and of revenge ones please let me know. Also, I thought I heard dirty jigs made larger than 3:4 but I don’t see sny, does anyone 3else make them?

Easy. The 7’3 mh adrena. The emtf is also fantastic but certainly heavier. A 7’3 mh adrena paired with an aldebaran mgl and 30lb braid is a beautiful thing for chatterbaits

I just upgraded my alphas to the 100mm zillion paddle handle. You have to factor in another $30 when buying the alphas because the 84mm handle and knobs are ridiculously tiny
