There is a difference between cheating and fairness. I don't know what the rules are but they should be followed. I have no tolerance for cheaters. As for fairness, there's no such thing. When you enter a tournament you will face people that have had more prefishing time, more experience on the lake, have faster boats, better electronics. Let's remember that the goal should be to catch fish. I've never cared for rules that kept people from fishing in the name of fairness. If we're fishing a tournament against each other on Saturday and you can take off to pre-fish on Friday, good for you. I hope you catch a 25lb bag come Saturday and I'll do what I can to catch 26lbs. Now if we're talking the Bassmaster Classic, that might be different. High school fishing and club level fishing should be more about having fun and catching fish.

It was a good game. A lot of crazy stuff has been happening in college football in the last few weeks. I get the feeling this might be the last NCAA Football championship. From now on it will be the NIL Football championship, awarded annually to the highest bidder. ?

I see no evidence that it is made in the USA. They have a flag on the box that says USA company and they brag about it being shipped from Miami but they never say where it is made. If it was made in the US I think they would brag about that to. Am I missing something?

I think going to more teams in the playoffs would certainly make the post season more exciting. It would make the regular less exciting. Basketball has demonstrated this. I think there are 8 teams that could win with a little luck. There’s way more luck involved in football than people realize. In the end money will determine the future of the playoffs. More teams will generate more money so it will probably happen.

I have read what you’ve said. You’re saying basically that you may not be as good as Alabama and Georgia but you’re better than everyone else. I’m saying it doesn’t work like that. I think OU has the type of program that can win the conference but with a little bad luck like an injured quarterback you can easily loose 5 games in the SEC. Hire the wrong coach and it can takes years to recover. It’s happened to every storied program in the conference. I’m not saying Tennessee has a better program than Oklahoma but I am saying Tennessee has been tested far more than Oklahoma in the last 40 year. Historical comparisons are meaningless.

Dude, I’m not trying to get in a pi$$ing contest with you. Oklahoma has a great team and a great tradition and will do well in the SEC. If you use the Sagarin computer ratings to determine who would win a game, Tennessee would have won 9 games playing Oklahoma’s schedule and Tennessee does not have a good team. It’s hard playing great teams like Georgia and Alabama. It’s also hard to play 5 other good teams even if you’re 10 points favorites. Alabama has the best team in the country but lost to Texas A&M and was loosing to Auburn until an Auburn player ran out of bounds and stopped the clock giving them time to come back and win. Playing a SEC schedule takes it’s toll. That’s all I’m trying to say.

No team in the SEC has won 8 games every season in the last 21 years. No teams has even had a winning season ever year in the last 21 years. The SEC is different. You’ll see.

It was a painful game to watch and not because I felt sympathy for all the poor injured players. ? Everyone does the fake injure thing but it’s getting out of hand. I think a rule change is coming. Sit out for the rest of the series and no substitutions unless the other team subs or someone calls timeout. I would add another rule that if a player goes down 3 times he needs to leave the field for the rest of the game and go to a local hospital for a full checkup including a prostate exam.

Helix have been out longer and G4 is referring to 4th generation Helix. There have been 3 versions of the Solix so the latest is called G3. They will all work with MEGA Live if they have network capability. The N in G4N on the Helix means it is networkable. For example the Helix 7 G4N can be networked but the Helix 7 G4 cannot. All Solix units have network capability so the N is left off of them. I think I've seen some people add the N on the Solix but not in any Humminbird documentation. There's also the new Apex which is like the Solix but come in 13", 16" and 19" models. It has a higher resolution screen and cost a lot more.
