I find fall to be tough in the ponds I fish from the bank. Although it’s tough in them now with heat wave after heat wave and no rain.

Curious why you want to put it on a weighted hook.

If your fishing a lot of grass. The rage cut r worm t rigged on a weighted hook should work as well.

Could be the heat. My local ponds are fishing real tough right now because of the heat.

Yup I do the same thing. I can get a away with the medium size photo. Only takes a few seconds.

Great, just got mine the other day. I was using it to pitch around a weightless senco. Didn’t catch anything, but it felt great pitching around lighter weight baits. Thanks again for the detailed response.

I have the expert head turner. Awesome rod. I just got the Cara finesse jig in yesterday. Took it out for a couple hours today no bites. Feels good though. Lol.

Just in. Cara finesse jig rod. With a currado 150 mgl. As usual excited to try it out. Should be awesome. This is my third falcon rod. Really starting to like them.

Cool, I didn’t think you would get enough hook out the top like that. The top is pretty soft though. thanks for posting that. Does water fill up the hollow cavity in the top like that.

The one I caught was 2-1/2 on the 130. That’s a lot of hook. Are you using nail weight to even it out.

Thanks for the info guys. I ended up watching a few videos. I think my biggest problem was to much hook. Gonna grab some nail weights and downsize. Thanks again.
