Can’t catch a fish on a frog or toad to save my life. Not a single hit.
  2. I’m no pro at respooling so I sometimes have that problem. First I think I put 5-10 yards to much on, once I get that straightened out I wrap my lure around something and walk off as much like as I can and reel it back up tight while walking. Usually good after that. Sounds silly I know, but’s that’s where I’m at with it.
  3. Dicks has a 5’6” field and stream rod that is pretty good for the money. With a size 20 president it’s $80. I have two of these for panfish. There fun and good for the money.
  4. I use a fury 705cb with a currado dc. You can really throw it out there with this. So much fun.
  5. Mostly the 3.8
  6. Nice fish. WHAT!!
  7. That’s awesome, I can’t believe the line didn’t snap. I think they only put 4lb on those. Shouldn’t that have taken a long time in a situation like that.
  8. I have a not catching any decent fish lately problem. I also like the Columbia hats.
  9. That’s pretty cool man. Sure looks like fun. Great shots. You got a seatbelt in that thing.
  10. Right, maybe I’ll wait till next year when I get off the shore.
  11. I’ve actually never broken one. But I do occasionally bump into the seats and doorways and tree branches. I might be more worried about it then I need to be. It’s just a big chunk of change, and I want to make sure it’s right for me. Thanks for the info.
  12. Thanks for taking the time to write all that. I guess I’m most worried about some of the hazards from fishing from shore. Would you take them hiking through the woods fishing from shore, with risks of hitting branches on casts.
  13. Thanks guys. I have no real grounds to think it’s fragile. For some reason super lite weight and crisp makes me feel like the tip has a chance of snapping. I guess it’s sales should speak for itself.
  14. Just be a man about and have it shipped to someone else’s house like me.
  15. I was thinking of getting myself something nice. What I really want to know is how fragile it is. if I’m gonna be honest with myself, I’ve learned im rough on my stuff. And some of the places I fish can be rough on gear. I don’t want it to snap if I set the hook on a log or bump it on the headrest putting it in the truck or a doorway. I happened to notice the 6’8” mh/f is in stock now, unfortunately not on sale. Sorry if this sounds ridiculous. Sorry my writing is terrible
  16. Nice work, I’ve got to get into this this winter.
  17. Is one a 1.5 size and the other a 2.5. I feel like I remember seeing both of them on the shelf at the same time.
  18. I haven’t caught to many fish on them but I like them. Decent paint job and as said good hooks. Best part is you don’t have to cry to hard when you loose two in 20 minutes like me. Unless I’m mistaken I think there two different baits.
  19. 40 days, that feels like forever. Imagine how we feel we have to wait 40 days and a week to see the vids.
  20. What about just a dab of superglue gel.
  21. Nasci is good for the money. This one season with the president had been great for the $50.
  22. Whatever, you were right today. We’re I fish sometimes I go with a bluegill spinnerbait and a bluegill swimjig at the same time. Sometimes one shines others there equall. But I can’t decide at the truck. So Rig both at the truck. Crazy I know. I bring a bunch of stuff and try to decide when I get there. I’m walking the bank, sometimes I’m right sometimes I’m wrong. Mostly wrong. But sometimes right. It’s weird when both works. It leaves me knowing less next time. I only have a few rods. Please let them only have one job.
  23. Just get the carbonlite 2.0 in 6’6”-7-0”. You won’t be disappointed. In ml or m.
