Black Bass with Blue Marlin on PS1. I have an emulator on my laptop and play it all the time still. It was a hank parker game as well. You can play blackbass till your board and jump over to the other side of the game and catch huge marlin lol.

I enjoyed it once Pete got on with Ike and they actually talked fishing. The dude that was on before was just annoying and distracting from the show.

I've looked at the home ones for like 1200 bucks or whatever but the biggest thing you could do was like 4" by 4" or something to that effect. I want get one for making masters for softplastic baits but you cant do a worm at that. Could do some craws and stuff though.

The Ranger/Evirude thing comes from FLW. All of their team boats are Ranger/Evinrude thats their boat and engine sponsor. But if your ordering get what you want. In the used markets like said before it just depends on what dealers are in the area. If your willing to drive you can find what you want anywhere in the country.

Blue waters were only sold on their website but they announced a couple weeks ago they reached a deal with bass pro so im not sure when they are supposed to hit shelves in stores but safe bet is just buying straight from their website.

I just read last night that there is a feature on google earth to look at locations at different times of year which was pointed out for fisherman is being great to look at water when its low and spotting objects and making them for when your out and the water is normal or high.

At Bull Shoals Boat Dock if you walk to their office and walk around back they have a group of bass that live like this. There is a minnow tank back there and there is a 10 a 6 and several 5's living right over the edge. You throw a minnow in that 10 is the lead and he gets first shot and he meets the minnow half way down through the air and gets it. Its amazine to watch how they operate.

Depends on where you are it seems like. The river i fish I use a buzzbait as a search bait to cover the area and see where I get a hit or a reaction and then slow down and check it out real good. Largemouth are the biggest hitters on that river when it comes to topwater. But seems like you get out on the big lakes where smallies can school up then you get em coming from 15 ft down to hit a top water as hard as they can.

This will be my first season with a terrova cant wait to try it out. I kept my 70 lb Edge off my old boat and bought the minn kota universal quick change mount. So depending on where im fishing i can quickly unhook the terrova and slide the edge on or vice versa.

Ive been using them to pour jigs and I cant wait to try them out this year cause I know just working with them in painting and everything I end up with more holes in my fingers than anything so im sure they will grab a bass no problem.

If I'm on vacation i keep part of the catch. Mostly bluegills and walleyes though. Spotted bass are pretty good. Wont keep to many largemouths. Smallmouth is good as well. Best thing ive heard for fish and this came from the walleye crowd was to snip an artery in their gills and throw them on ice immediatly which allows them to bleed out and im told keeps the fish from tasting gamey when you cook it.

New Grub mold is coming today so that will be the next project for a few months so I got plenty when its time to roll lol

Reminds me of a bait that use to be used for pennzoil ads in bassmaster magazine 13 years ago. I think it was a plug with a bunch of hooks stuck out of it and a plastic worm going through the middle with a skirt and it said one of these is a game changer in the fishing industry and one is responsible for nasty flesh wounds lol

only problem there is your plastic would be thicker on one side. but that might give it a cool swimming action with one side heavier.

Seems like what they lack in size of mouth they make up for in attitude. I love watching the videos and I havent got to see it yet is when a guy has a smallmouth hooked and other smallmouth are beating the hell outta him trying to get that bait out of his mouth for them to eat LOL

You can if you shoot the tube then cut off the rest of the body and leave the skirt on the dowel and then shoot the tube again with the color you want the body to be.

I like listening and reading anything ike does cause he does have a true ppassion for it. You need that. I know when he goes to a new water he buys every single map available for the place scouts Google earth with maps in hand and trys to solve every fishery to the nitty grity details. When iI was racing our motto was the race on Saturday is won on Monday through Friday in the shop going over the details. We won a championship with that kind of drive. Its an attitude and willingness to work.

Yeah I'm having that same issue as well. I've built a few different ways to cut em but havent found a winner yet lol

As far as the fish catching part of that game its all about confidence and time on the water. They use all the same equipment we can get our hands on they just have 10 times more confidence in it than we do.

I run mostly short cut skirts on the collar and an inch past the hook bend. Just a preference of mine. They work awesome on the rivers.

I just bought some Whisky River Tubes. They are skinny sized like you are looking for and come in the smokey colors.

Largemouth Bass by Infisherman and The Last Smallmouth by Tony Bean are two books I have read recently and really enjoyed Tony's book is more geared to what you want as the Infisherman book does cover more about presentation rather then nature of the fish. Tony talks about presentation but spends more time talking about fish movements and how they establish a home area and move around the home area. I have both of those on my droid so i can sit whenever i get a free minute at work or where ever to read em. WRB Im going to go check out Don Iovino's book you speak of that sparks my interest I'm going to go see if I can find it online.
