I'm always looking into new baits and techniques. I always have a new bait or 2,3,4, or 10 coming in the mail. You had to give your handful of baits a try before you developed confidence in them so feed the Bait Monkey.

If I was boatless and lived where it froze I'd work a pile of OT if possible or take a second job to get me something that floats to fish off of when the water softens.Fish/Eat/Sleep/Work/Fish. If you can't fish then work. When fishing is good don't sleep as much.

LMB 5.7 lb on a Cotton Cordell 1/2 oz chrome jigging spoon(Owner hook) cast & yo-yo'd to a school of bass crushing shad in 5 - 10 FOW. Spotted Bass 3.15 lb on a Black Trickworm on a Buckeye Spot Remover Pro 1/8 oz in 25 FOW.

Days with no followers? I've gone weeks. Learn Chic with conventional lures and when you locate areas with 4lb + fish then leave everything at home but your big baits. Big baits call for less but more precise cast from the best angle. Your average size is likely about to go up and you'll need to get that out of your system before transitioningto big baits. ?

Colorado blades, rattles, more noise & vibration a little slower works here when it muds up. When it's really muddy I've never found one color works much better than another.
