Generator question
Sounds like you are planning to power a camper. If so you may want to check and see what each of those items draws on start up because that is when they pull the most. Then you can have a better idea of what you need.

Splitting hairs on hooks
It sounds like you may own some jig hooks in your stash. They come in several different angles.

Need ideas for trolling motor battery
The lithium batteries are lighter and hold a charge longer than lead acids. If you go that route, be sure you have a charger as well as a trolling motor that offers lithium compatibility.

line size for finesse shakyhead fishing?
1/8 oz is my main weight. I use 12 to 15# fluorocarbon because of the trees and rocks where I fish.

A Tube Bait Question
I pour my own so they are mostly thin walled. I believe color is more important than wall thickness. Melon with black flakes, melon with purple flakes, melon with red, and green pumpkin with black flakes are my go to colors except in the winter.

Towing 21' bass boat with midsize truck
Towing isn’t the most important part. Stopping is. I have a 20’4” boat that weighs in around 4500 lbs. I’ve had 3/4 ton trucks for a long time. I recently sold my 5th wheel camper and don’t need the big truck for towing so I bought a 1500 size truck. Even with a smaller engine it pulls these MO hills just fine. What I have noticed is the stopping distance is at least 1/3 greater because the braking system is not as good.

Older Gloomis GLX BCFR 863c
I just picked up one of these with recoil guides. I don’t flip. I haven’t had it on the water yet. I’m just wondering how you guys who own one use it. I don’t want to send a bunch of time trying out baits. Thanks for any information.

Oklahoma Spinner Blades
I’ve had the same thing happen with spinnerbait wires. I’ve started wrapping the bend with old braided line. Then I cover the wrap with shrink tubing. It more than quadrupled their life expectancy .

Amp hour ratings?
I only look at reserve capacity for trolling motor batteries. I have Optima blue tops 34 DMs on my boat with a 36 volt Minn Kota. They will be 5 years old in a few months. They are just now showing signs of loosing some power but not enough to keep me from fishing as long as I want to. I msy replace them with AGMs from Sam’s club when necessary.

Jig Skirt Material
I buy from fishing skirts. I buy 100 tabs at a time. I normally buy several colors at a time. Cuts costs and shipping. It also sets me up for a long time. Go for it.

Who rigs the boat?
I used to work at a Lund dealership. The boats came in bare bones. We had to rig most everything. Even the trailer was a separate order coming from a different vendor. Maybe Brunswick has changed that.

Need to buy basic accessories for a new boat - help me spend my money
If your salesman is worth anything and doing his job, he will have a list for you to look at that will have required and recommended items which aren’t included on the boat. The rest is personal preference.

Best conditions for white colors?
White spinnerbait... clear water, dirty water, clear sky, cloudy sky, day, night are the good times to use it. Other white baits...anytime you use an Arig.

Charging an Everstart Maxx 29DC Marine battery
If you aren’t using the 10 setting already switch to it and see if it brings the voltage up.

Helix trolling motor compatibilities
There are so many more options if you do ipilot link and go with the MK. Like suggested research ipilot link. If I had to do without it I might just quit fishing.

Trolling motor orientation
Prop out for me, prop in has too many opportunities for damage to me or the boat. If I am using the cover and going far I put a towel over the prop to avoid any wear on the cover.
