  1. X2 Mike will take care of your needs. If you want to do your own painting, get them without the weedguard installed.
  2. I'm pretty sure your X125 won't hook up with the ethernet which would allow xducer sharing and eliminate all the cross talk. In order to nullify the interference and keep the unit turned on for wpt use you can go into the menu and stop the chart. That will only kill the 522's ability to send out pings and your X125 will function like it was the only unit in the boat. When you pull up the tm just start the chart again and go. It is a lot faster than having to reacquire the sats. From the sonar page press MENU go to STOP CHART press enter. To get off press STOP CHART again and press exit.

Any old jig can swim but I like the poison tails. I use a trailer that I make. I'd post a pic but this site will no longer let me post pics.
  4. I carry 23 setups from 5' ultra to 8'6" FnF. I keep my baits in 3600 boxes and carry about 20 of them[.
  5. If you are fishing short times and know parallel then get the 12V and run them both at the same. You can charge them both at the same time. That way you save $200 and have a charger thrown in.

Once in a great while I'll use one on a jigging spoon but not very often.
  7. Line to line Alberto's Line to bait 16/20
  8. A stitch in time as the saying goes, rebuild the carbs and maybe save a new powerhead.
  9. There is no way it will hold 1/2 gal of fluid. If you pumped it in from the bottom and it ran out the top you are good to go. I have a 225 Merc and it takes less than a qt. to fill it.

Once you get to using the mustad ultra point you probably won't even think about gammy any more. You can get a pretty good deal through Shorty's hook sales if you buy 1000.
  11. Yes you can wax the engine and the cowling.

I find the mustad to be a lot better hook than the eagle claw.
  13. I am partial to Fenwick HMG rods for under $150. I have 9 of them. Two I just bought on Monday.
  14. I have been using Hi Vis yellow Power Pro for so long that most of it is white now. In clear water, which is mostly where I fish, I use a fluro leader unless fishing deeper than 30'.

I'd check Do-It for the molds and fishingskirts.com for the skirts.
  16. Time of year and water clarity make the difference in what I do no matter if it is spinning or baitcasting. I go from 6# mono to 12# mono. I also run braid from 8# to 30# with or without a leader depending on water clarity and bait. On average in warm weather with shallow fish, I like a 6/6" MF St Croix Avid or Gloomis IMX with braid and a 10-12# fluro leader.
  17. I have a bunch of brush hogs and baby brushogs that I may never use. I'd make someone a pretty good deal on them. I'd show some pics but this site won't support them for me anymore.
  18. Shimano 2500 in your price range.
  19. What the hell are they fertilizing with a boat?????
  20. North of the MO river there is always Canada. The smallmouth last year on Stockton were almost nonexistent for me and I fish it a lot.
  21. 12 V pull more anps than any other motor. If a 27 will fit then use one of them with the most reserve amps you can get.
  22. Sorry, I too misunderstood your post. I have some Single Strand stainless seel wire by Mason #11 .026 diameter that would be just the ticket. I use it to make hook keepers and screw locks.
