  1. I keep mine in 3700 size boxes sorted by size and color to avoid bleeding. I’ve never seen any distortion in the shape of them.
  2. I can’t stand that so I either burn it or put a bit of super glue on it. I am ADDHD and obsessive compulsive so I could never be comfortable using it.
  3. I agree with rangerjockey. I am a Curado fluorocarbon user. I use it for everything except top water. I use 12 and 15# mostly.
  4. Maybe but I am not sure. I’ve never asked anyone about it. That was 3 trucks ago.
  5. Flippin is Ranger and maybe Triton. I think Bolivar is pontoons but not sure.
  6. I used to go by mileage but I bought a Chevy truck with 2 years of free oil changes. The first time I took it in GM refused to change it. It was at 35% oil life and they required 23% or lower. So now I go at about 20% oil life. I don’t have any idea what it looks like.
  7. I use Totally Awesome, spray, clean with toothbrush, rinse and let them air dry.
  8. Once you get settled in you will be in for the good times. I got bought out at the age of 50 purchased a camper and never looked back.
  9. I was friends with one for a very long time. He turkey hunted on us. However, he died a couple of years ago. I met another one who was just starting out. We became friendly and when he found out how much land we owned he asked about trapping on us. He did that until he was transferred to a new region. I haven’t seen him in a long time. As far as I am concerned we don’t have enough of them here in MO.
  10. It used to be but I rarely use it anymore.
  11. They did that same thing a while back with the tracker line. I think it was called targa but I am not sure.
  12. I’ve been able to get at least 3 years, sometimes 4 or 5 from AGMs no matter what brand. I prefer Pro Guide. I started using them in 2002.
  13. There is a local site called Ozark Anglers. It is from Branson and has several trout guys on it.
  14. I have a ML 7’ spinning rod as one of my Ned setups. I have Shimano spinning reels in 1000, 2000, 2500 and 3000. I have found that the 2500 is the best one for this application for me.
  15. I also like buying from a person. I bought my lithium from my electronics guys. My core was out of warranty but the same brand. They contacted the company and got me 90% credit for my core.
  16. Not for the house battery, but everything else has a master shut off.
  17. I think you are heading for a dead cranking battery by drawing it down that far. The simple solution is to put in a “house battery” and connect all of your sonar units to it. You can do like I did and install a single bank charger to take care of the house battery. It would not be difficult to extend the power wires from the units to the house battery and hook it up to the new charger.
  18. You will find out by your cranking battery not being able to start your motor. I have 3 Solix units and they would do that to me so I pulled them off the cranker and put them on a stand alone 100 ah lithium.
  19. You may be able to work top waters with fluorocarbon but I can’t.
  20. It depends on how bad you want to use that setup for top water. Personally I use braid for top water and Yozuri and fluorocarbon for the rest.
  21. Maybe I missed it. What kind and size of boat?
  22. I’ve had that happen way too often with R bend spinner baits so now I wrap the R with floral wire or braided line then cover it with shrink tubing. I haven’t broken any since.
  23. They will hit anything that largemouth will but I catch more on the baits listed.
