Looks like my fishing is going to be limited for awhile

An old back injury from a parachute jump in the Army is flaring up again on me.  Pain where my neck and back meet is killing me right now. Combine that with whatever is causing the tingling in my arm makes it hard to fish. Last time out from the bank I could only handle it for about an hour before the pain was too much. Reeling a spinning reel with my left hand is the worst which feels like someone punching me in the neck each turn. Waiting on a doctor's appointment right now and the VA to approve my physical therapy. Hope this crap goes away so I can at least fish some? Boat motor blew up about a month ago and now this.

Sorry to hear you're having some tough sledding.

Hope it gets better for you soon Allen.

Thanks! I was supposed to fish a team tournament on the Lower Potomac River tomorrow.  Frogs and swim jigs are working there now so I am going to miss out.

That's a bummer, Allen - I hope the VA actually gets off their arses and does something to help.

Good thoughts coming your way....

Know the feeling all to well!

Passed on a Rayburn trip today for that same reason.
