  1. You don’t need much for rabbits. When I used to hunt tree rats with my bow I wanted to be able to find my arrows so I used judo points. https://ads.midwayusa.com/product/1023162964?pid=568014&utm_medium=shopping&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Archery+-+Broadheads+and+Points&utm_content=568014&gclid=Cj0KCQiAjJOQBhCkARIsAEKMtO1DdqtAJ-hSn6X8zFne4N94b2SGkk4mk-6l72xNFASDr25QW9M6LRoaAjWFEALw_wcB
  2. I wore my Makitas out and have replaced them with Porter.
  3. When would I choose Shaky over Texas Rig, almost all of the time. I get way more bites and catch more on Shaky than TR. However I don’t fish the same kind of baits on shaky that I do on TR. For example, I would never fish a craw on a shaky jig.
  4. There are definitely differences. I own 3 different kinds. I don’t sell so I may not be as particular as some guys. What I use most comes from Harbor Freight.
  5. My Ulterra trolling motor is the best thing on the boat for me With Ipilot link it has more features than I will ever use. I can control it from anywhere in the boat using 6 different devices and the self stow and deploy are what is keeping me being able to continue fishing.
  6. There is a lot of it out there. Try Google.
  7. You might check Dale Hollow Tackle.
  8. I have one of my 70s set up as a dedicated Ned rig. I used 6# fluorocarbon until last fall when I switched to Yozuri hybrid 6#. I have different setups for those other baits you mentioned.
  9. I use 8/1 for vertical jigging because of the feel over other lines. Vegetation is not a concern for me as we don’t have any.
  10. I know some motor cycle guys who swear by them.
  11. If I’m making a fluffy collar finesse jig I spend some time trimming it, otherwise it’s snip snip done.

I remember a song we sang as a kid. It goes something like this, beans beans delicious fruit the more you eat the more you toot, the more you toot the better you feel, so eat some beans with every meal.
  14. Are you talking in the act of spawning or during spawning season? I have caught many female white bass at night during the spawn which were laying their eggs. I released them immediately. I release all largemouth and smallmouth immediately after I catch them.

I used to have a 6000 sq ft of garden but cut back over time. Now I am down to an asparagus bed, a row of strawberries and a place for a few tomato plants.
  16. My old boss had an 18' boat with a tweaked out 300 on it. He was a motor mechanic but his brother is a tune up specialist. I never saw the boat run but he took it to his brother for a tune up. His brother called and told me to tell Fred that his boat was ready. He had had it out on Table Rock that morning and it would do 105. The only time he could run it was right at daylight before any boats were on the water and before the wind got up.
  17. You should be able to go to each boat manufacturer’s web site and get most of the information that you want.
  18. I don’t just want it snug, I want it tight. I wrap twice then take two pairs of pliers and pull it tight and start the twist. I normally finish the twist by hand.
  19. I doubt you’ll break even. I’ve been doing it for a very long time and I just keep buying more molds and accessories.
  20. I tracked it for a few years. I couldn’t find any significance in the barometric whether high, low, rising or falling so I quit. I’m much more interested in the wind its speed and direction. Moon wise I want a waxing gibbous to full in May through September for night fishing.
  21. That’s some fancy dancy spacer you have there Allen.
  22. It is normally called floral wire. I have it in gray, green and copper.

For me it’s probably a jig.?
  24. You might want to consider buying one now and start saving for a second one.
  25. I buy what Bass Pro sells during the Spring Classic. I buy at least 10 at a time. They are pvc mostly what ever the brand.
