Yes. Agree completely. If BASS has incriminating evidence then I'm sure everyone would like to see it. I have always been a big fan of Martin but I am also a realist. It would do much to remove the hearsay and bickering back and forth between the "Martinites" and those critical of him.

Regardless of what WE would or wouldn't do the fact remains he is gone. I just want to see where we go from here. Does BASS make a big spectacle of it or do they let him go quietly into the night? I'm thinking they will probably just make no mention of Scott ever again and continue on like he was never there.

I have a plethora of Katsuage hooks that I bought when I found a tackle shop that had them. I don't fish a vision 110 much anymore so all my other jerkbaits get the fancy hooks now.

I still believe that somebody has it out for him. His tactics may be the vehicle of his own destruction(or they may not) but I still believe somebody wanted to see him fail or quit.

Last spring I was fishing the lake I grew up on and I found a HUGE cloud of shad that had been corralled into the back of a pocket by a school of BIG bass sitting at about 8 feet with the bass congregating underneath. I threw a DT10 and started dragging it through the baitball and boom! I set the hook and literally line started screaming off the reel. I couldn't get it stopped. Ran down into a line of brush down the bank and promptly tied me up and broke me off. I'll take a fight like that any day. It was amazing the power of that fish.

back in the day I towed a 17 foot deep V Tracker with a 40 horse Evinrude on the bumper. Back then us hillbillies out in the country didn't even know what a hitch was unless it was on a tractor!

Congrats! I spent 4 years in a wheelchair after being injured in the military. I was 400 lbs by the time I decided I wasn't going to die in that chair. Through sheer will and determination I got myself out of that chair and I worked my butt off and lost 100 pounds. I feel better now than I have in a long time. He is a before and after for the naysayers.

23 was a very cool Red Crest for me. I was at the expo in Charlotte standing next to Alton Jones senior when Jr. caught that 5'7 spot and it came across the video feeds in the expo. I swear he was teary eyed when he saw it. I would have done the same if it was my youngun.

The way my titan is set up I have 6 rod holders on my crate in back and 4 laydown holders going down the side of the boat next to my seat. 2 on each side. I put the ones I believe I might need in the holders on the side laying down and the ones I'm pretty sure I'll use in the crate holders. The lay down holders are not as accessible as the crate.

Well at least you got it in the boat and got to hold it. I can't tell you how many times I've went to grab my phone to take a pic of the bump board and a nice bass does a flying leap and escapes my lens.

From what I've heard most anglers try to get information if not directly, in a roundabout way. Feels to me while Scott may not necessarily be innocent it does seem like he's being targeted for the status quo that most of these anglers are guilty of as well. That doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished if he's breaking the rules I just wish things were uniform in their enforcement. Maybe it's bass trying to make an example or maybe it's other anglers with a grudge? I can't say but I can say all this negative drama BASS has been subject to over the last couple of years has really tarnished their reputation with just about everyone I know. The only thing that concerns me is this going to affect Hillary's chance of competing when she graduates from Bama if she chooses to follow in her family's footsteps which it seems may be the case. I'd love nothing more than to see her dominate BASS in a few years.

I wish my kids loved fishing the way I do. My youngest likes it but at 18 he has lost interest since he found out about a thing called girls. My oldest used to fish with me but she is a nurse now and barely has time for her husband much less to go fishing with "Dear old dad". My middle one hates it. Maybe someday down the road they will give me a grandbaby to take out on the water and make memories with but it seems like it's gonna be awhile if ever. Congrats to you. You done good.

Call me crazy but since MLF made the FFS decision for this year to only use it during one period MLF is way more interesting to watch than Bassmaster. Even adds an extra amount of drama with the one period deal. Bassmaster needs to change alot of things before they become the bottom of the barrel for professional fishing.

I believe so. My spools are all in the boat and its raining so I can't look but I'm pretty sure it is.

I love the deep dive app. My only gripe is(and it's not a deal breaker) is that they don't have contour mapping. If deep dive had contour mapping I buy a lifetime membership(do they even offer that lol)
