Man, I would go with another Toyota, just can't beat em for dependability. I owned one 10 yrs. ago and can honestly say it was the least costly and most reliable truck I have owned. I have owned them all except for Nissan.
  4. Sounds real familliar. Must be something with the two Virginia's. ;D
  5. I'm not sure what rms stands for. :-[ I have alot to learn by the sound of it. I know how to read the screen and operate the unit, but not really sure about how many khz is better and what not.
  6. I thought I was the only one!! LOL ;D
  7. I just finished reading the article that Tom Redington posted about drop shotting and he was talking about watching the fish work their way to the bait on the sonar screen. What kind of sonar/fishfinder has this capability and where do I get it? I am looking at upgading this winter to a front mounted system on the trolling motor. I don't want this to start into a which is better sonar war, just a few suggestion on what may have this capability. I am willing to spend a little extra to get this performance.
  8. Good pics man, future star in the making!! 8-)
  9. Welcome Aboard Sir!!!
  10. It seems like where I live they will get one finished and start another one about a week later. They always do it in the most high traffic areas too. I guess you gotta have roads though. I couldn't get my boat to the lake without them. ;D
  11. Atta Boy!!! Now if only I could quit the Skoal...... :-[
  12. Just thought I would let everyone know Cart's suggestion worked very well. I put it on this evening and it looks like nothing ever happend. There is no way that carpet is coming loose again!!!! Thanks again for the help guys.
  13. Thank you Sir for the good thought.
  14. I use the Flat DT 3 and 7 to bang on the rocks underwater. They get beat up but I haven't lost a lip yet......yet???

Natural, get that Pixie and that Alphas out of the dirt, you're bringing tears to my eyes. ;D ;D Nice fish man!!! Blaine, BTW, great post Chris!!!
  17. Excellent marketing skills!! That guy probably got an A+ in his economics class.
  18. You need to get you a wacky rig tool from BPS or eBay. It is a tube that slips over the senko that has o-rings on it. You then slip the o-ring on the senko. Put your hook through the o-ring and fish. I will get at least 5-7 fish, sometimes 10 or more per senko.
  19. The first good laugh I've had all day!!! ;D ;D ;D
  20. I have been eyeballing those TD Mouthwashers. How do you like them?
  21. I tell ya what, lately I have been on a Rapala DT kick. I have been fishing the heck out of the DT 3 and the DT 7 in the silver and black color. I get some weeds on them but that is to be expected right? I guess the deepest I fish with cranks is the DT 16 series. I can't say I have been killing them on these but they have caught some of my biggest fish this year. I fish a few other types like the Lucky Crafts and Jackell but the fish seem to like the DT series a little better.
  22. 10 lb. +/- snapping turtle on a F-3 Rapala while fishing for smallmouth in a little creek behind the house. It hit topwater just like a bass. The fight was on because I was using ultra-lite gear with 2 lb. test line.
  23. Good lookin labs fellas!!!
