I am not a big frog user myself but I sometimes fish with a guy that uses them. When they hit it, THEY HIT IT!!
  2. Good work on the vid, keep posting more. Thanks!!!
  3. Open mouth, insert hook!!! You got me on that one. I was really into it, reading along until I got to the bottom and started cracking up.
  4. I would compare it to a suped up TD Advantage. That's all it really is. They weigh just about the same. They put the swept handle on them from the Steez and Zillion. Good lookin' reel but I like the older style better.
  5. Great picture and a beautiful fish. I'll bet the drag on that reel was a little warm after that.
  6. I have been watching that myself. 10,000 posts, that is alot of typing. At the rate Basshunter69 is going, he will have it about this time next year. ;D ;D Just Kidding with Ya Buddy!!!
  7. Man , after watching TURISTAS I wouldnt date them LOL No kidding!!!
  8. Good lookin fish. Ol' bug eyes on the second fish. ;D
  9. Your a lucky man. Make sure you post a pic of the DD that we're all pretty sure your gonna catch. Sometimes you just fall into things like this. Lucky dog!!!
  10. Me too. 8-)
  11. I have done it before, proceed with caution. I hooked a large bass this past spring on one that I bent back down and you guessed it, she came unbuttoned. Got the jig back in and the hook was bent wide open. On small fish it will probably be okay, larger ones like in the DD range, I would not recommend it. Live and learn. :-[
  12. I got my Baby Boo jigs from Brad at JBC Outfitters. He had a large selection when I ordered. As far as Tru-Tungsten goes, Tackle Warehouse and Backwaters Online has them. Both places are the same price. I just placed an order with TW today on the Tru-Tungstens. That is why they are showing low stock on some of the jig styles. Yes, the monkey is strong with me. ;D
  13. I'll keep some bluegills once or twice a year to eat. That's about it.
  14. Glad you made it back safe and sound. I used to live up in that area of NY. It is a pretty place.

    Welcome Aboard!! 8-)
  16. Why? For me it seems like it is that much harder for them to throw it. Also it comes through the water straighter instead of on its side. I don't use trailer hooks all the time. No need to use a trailer on some of the newer designs like the Cavitron.
  17. 14' Landau aluminum johnboat. I still have it. My dad got it for me for Christmas when I was 14 yrs. old.
  18. How did you guess?? ;D
  19. What brand? I guess that's the more common way to do it. I'll have to raid some from the restaurant at the golf course... Diamond, and the count was wrong. $1.00 for 750 of them. I though it was 500 in a box. :-?
  20. Me too, that's why I just use a piece of rubber worm.
  21. I just use a plain ol' round toothpick. $1.00 for 500 of them. :
  22. Pretty good choice right there. 8-)

    Nice fatties.
  24. You could do that or put them in a 3600 or 3700 style box and label them shallow, mid, and deep. Nothing sounds stupid about your question. If we all didn't ask we would never learn.
