Sometimes I will oversize my trailers on purpose to get a slower fall. It may be what the bass want. I don't think you screwed up at all. Try it and don't give up on the jig. It's a killer bait to throw or pitch or flip or.............

My wife uses these things sometimes and you never know what she is going to catch with them. :-?

I fish mainly lakes with alot of flooded timber. Some of the lakes have so much flooded timber that it is difficult to get around on. Here is what most of them look like: Look how thick it is behind me in this picture and you will see what I am talking about. JIG HEAVEN!!! ;D

He will be like the kid in school that blows the grading curve for everyone. ;D My average is probably around the 1 - 1.5 lb. mark. I fish mostly jigs so I catch lots of fish in the 3 - 4 lb. mark. This helps with the average for all the small ones I get on Senkos and other plastics.

The wife and I bought an A630 earlier this year. We had an A70 but it crapped out on us. I finally figured out the custom setting. I can set it on my pedestal seat and stand in the middle of the boat and let it take the picture. I love it. We got it on sale at Target For $249.00 and also purchased a 1Gig card. The whole setup cost less than $300.00. I thought that was pretty good for an 8 Mega-pixel camera considering we paid $299.00 for the A70 and it was only 3.2 Mega-pixel. We keep ours in a dry lock case with the travel bag.

They are getting pretty thick around my neck of the woods too. I think it's neat to have them around.

Been having a good bite lately on a Zoom Ol' Monster in the junebug w/red color. The bite has lasted the whole length of the day which is weird for where I fish. I'm not complaining though!!! 8-)

I guess I need to start counting yearly totals myself. I seriously doubt if I have caught 500 bass this year. Worth looking into. :-?
