I think he may have been talking about the Boyd Duckett series. You guys are gonna keep talking about this and stirring my curiosity on these rods and I'm gonna end up getting one. The more I look at it, the better I like it. God, does it ever end? :-/

I cut an old Senko with scissors and use the small round piece. It works, I swear. ;D

It's a good looking rod design, just can't get past the color. :-/ Light too, 3.2oz.

My favorite is the 110. This bait is the mac-daddy of jerkbaits. I also use the Deep-X 100's. The Griffon series and Cyclone series are hard to beat. I throw these sometimes instead of a spinnerbait. When you go to buy them don't get them on eBay. There are other places that they can be bought for alot less. A few of the sponsers on this site sell them. Oh yeah, don't overlook the topwater baits and spinnerbaits they sell. They are KILLER!!!!!

Buy some, you will not be disapointed. I have six 3700 style boxes full of them and treasure every one. 8-)

Don't feel bad for loosing jigs trying to get at the fish. This past weekend I lost 5 Tru-Tungsten jigs @ $7.00 a pop. Keep after them. 8-)

That right there is fine piece of machinery. Been looking on eBay for over a year now. No one letting go of these babies.

The Cavitron is a fine buzzbait. My PB was caught on a 3/8 Bleeding Chartruese. They really do get on plane fast and stay there with minimal effort. 8-)

Not to try to be funny here but can't all animals get the gene that causes dwarfism? Most little people in the human world have a normal head size but the lower body is smaller. Just a thought. :-?

I had this same problem in the spring, kept loosing fish on a jig once hooked. After a few responses I found out what I was doing wrong. I was setting the hook too hard, ripping a hole in their lips and mouth. When the fish jumped, that hole was big enough to let the hook fall out no matter how much pressure I kept on the line. They were all good fish too. I started using a pop - type hookset and the problem has almost went away completely. Try it.

I have a love / hate feeling for hits like that. I love to watch it, and I hate it becuse it makes me weak in the knees. ;D

Ran into a guy two years ago on one of my favorite C&R lakes. He asked if I was catching anything, I said a few. He then lifted this stringer off the side of his boat and said look at these. I'll bet there was at least a dozen fish on that stringer that was in the three - four pound mark. > > > I informed him that this lake was C&R but he acted like he didn't care and dropped them back in the water. He said he was from out of state and never heard of such a thing. I had my cell phone and called the local DNR official (which never showed up). People like this really get to me in a baaaaad way. Got mine. Fishing, trout, and hunting. When mine were purchased it was $300 for the fishing and hunting, $100 for the trout. Now I think the same package is around $750. Glad I got them ten years ago.

I have a few of the River2Sea cranks. The one thing I like about them, no tuning necessary. They run true right out of the box. My favorite of theirs is the V-Crank. It is jointed in the middle like the Jackall Aragon. It has a clacker where the joint is and makes quite a noise underwater. Come to think of it, I guess they do copy alot of other baits.

Try T-rigging your worms to keep that hook from getting snagged. Fish it weightless or with a bullet weight. It may be your line getting caught sometimes too, not much you can do about that. If your going after them, you're gonna loose some baits.

Yes sir...nice brown fish. Fattening up those bellies on craws and minnows. Way to go!!!
