  1. Can't wait to get down there. Always a blast fishing with Burley, my side stays sore from laughing all day. Looks like I'm going to be right at home with all that flooded timber. NICE!!! 8-)
  2. Nice fish Daniel!! I have a few Super Killer Bills similar to that Buzz Bill. I see someone has good taste in rods and reels, I have a few of those LTX's myself.
  3. Glad someone is on a topwater bite. Congrats on the PB.
  4. Watch it there poster boy, you're awfully close by in Mary-land.
  5. Sorry I did not see this back in June when you posted it. I have a 90HP on my tracker and it was doing the same thing. My service guy traced it to a wire on the engine that tells you when your oil level is getting low. Mine would squeal like that when my oil level was half empty, particulaly when I made a long run from one end of the lake to the other. The wire on my engine was brown and blue and was towards the back. It would be very easy to replace and not expensive at all. To find out if that's what it is, take a small socket with you on the lake and take the small bolt loose that holds the wire to the engine. Be careful not to drop it in the water. If that is the problem, the noise will immediatly stop. Hope this helps a little.
  6. Looks like I know what to ask Santa Claus for Christmas this year. Awesome underwater shots and beautiful scenery. Thanks!
  7. Here you guys go, already talking about it and getting me excited and it's 8 months away. Ronnie, if you need help again with the particulars just let me know. It was kind of fun last year and you really learn a lot about the area before getting there. WOO HOO!! Can't wait!!
  8. Just saw that over at Ichiban. They sure are "proud" of it. Nice reel but a little too much bling factor for me. I would rather have the new high speed Steez for that price. I already have the old, boring looking Crazy Cranker. I do like the handle and drag star though.
  9. Looks good on that Cumara rod...for a Shimano. :
  10. There's a word you don't see every day. I had to look it up. ;D Come on $1.50 a gallon!!!
  11. Hate to sound like a softy but this kind of got to me a little bit. Pretty rough watching the dad in the interview when he breaks down. Kind of makes all the wars and other crap going on in the world go away for a little while.
  12. If they do, I will be one of the first in line for them. On second thought, I think I would rather have one custom built on a GLX blank.

    This blows!! RIP Bernie. :-/
  14. I agree with that statement 100%. Take your time and don't skimp on the knot. The most important link between you and the fish of a lifetime may be resting on it.
  15. Great set of photos right there, great fish too. Exotic tackle and big fish. Tell your friend he's got an awesome collection of rods and reels. That Evergreen lure is wicked. I bet that thing swims like no other.
  16. They look real good Dave. Everyone is probably going to like the bluegill more but I think the baby bass is my favorite.

Probably one of my favorite styles I have seen you do so far. Excellent color on that bottom crank.
  18. Really like the looks of the fat guy on the left and the flat ones on the bottom. Paint job in the middle is killer.
  19. Love the new styles with upgraded Fuji components. Don't have a problem paying the money for the Heliums LTA's and Helium LTX's. No reel seat issues, no cheap components and sensitivity at it's finest. Really like my Magnesium crankbait rod too.
  20. Sweet looking rod there Ronnie.
  21. Flechero, as much as I love those dark grips I think the lighter may stand out better on that blank. Looks like an Evergreen rod with that blank color and that lighter cork. That will be a sweet stick no matter what color you decide on. Pic quality looks fine on my monitor.
  22. Good solid ol' school advice right there. You can tell you have throwed a jitterbug or two in your day.
  23. Got my Pixilla mounted on a 2008 Kistler LTA 7' M for small shallow cranks with 6 lb. Trilene Pro Grade 100% Fluorocarbon right now. It is also good to use for dropshotting as well.
