Yes it bugs me. I keep covers on all my reels to prevent scratches. They all look like the day they were purchased with the exception of the wife's Alphas. It took a beating against the gunwale during the Guntersville trip. Four foot waves will do that.

Not to mention look at his feedback rating, that sends red flags up and sirens off in my head. Not your normal eBay seller with 98%+ feedback.

I think WV law for hunting regulations recognizes the gun being loaded if there are rounds in the clip and the clip is inserted into the gun. There doesn't have to be one in the chamber to be considered loaded in WV. Each state may differ.

Flechero, I don't know if this helps, but it is pretty easy for me to fish this bait in 20-25 ft. of water. I throw out with a long cast and let it hit the bottom. Just start cranking slow. I bury the hook just under the plastic because of the flooded timber and brush.
