Great story! I had a pet bullfrog when I was in college. I fed it other frogs all the time, sometimes three at a time. They will try to swallow anything. Helping those people out will come back to you, you'll see.

Wayne, when I see fish doing that I just sit back and enjoy the show. I have spent many hours on those type of fish and have learned one thing, they are not in a feeding mood. Go fish in another area of the pond or lake. Come back just before dark and you might catch one staged off of the first break in ambush mode. Sometimes this has worked for me especially on smaller bodies of water.

I wouldn't settle for that. Start chewing on your boat dealer. That passing back and forth stuff is a way to get rid of you.

I had a great time as well man. I hope you can get back up this way soon, maybe for the fall bite. Burley and his wife are first class people. He even let me use the Carrot Stix for a little while which I regret now. (Probably the lightest rod I have ever held) He also gave me a bunch of tackle and brought me back a bunch of stuff from Cabela's. (still mad at you for that) I am going to make a trip down his way before summer's end. Looking forward to meeting up with him and TheBeast.

The ol' rubber snake in the mailbox usually gets the mail man pretty excited. Be sure to have the video cam ready. Also a bunch of rubber tie-downs placed around a drive shaft on a truck is funny. You will want to be inside with the driver to get the full effect. They really scratch their head trying to figure out where the noise is coming from. The faster they go, the louder it gets.

Same for me. Always throwing a spinnerbait in the rain.

My wife keeps a hand cannon in her bedside night stand. I have to think twice before I do something like this. I agree, should have got it on video. ;D
