I have about changed to bladed jigs. I use a bladed jig a lot where I used to use spinnerbaits. But sometimes I still like a spinnerbait. I discovered the Covert series with Hildebrant blades last season and I really like them. I caught a couple of them on sale recently and I can't wait to put them in the water.

I got the UHD 93SV for Christmas. I can’t wait until it warms up a little so I can get it in the boat and check it out.

I went to Palmetto State Armory. They had 20% off of most everything in the Fishing store. I bought some topwater and crankbaits for stocking stuffers for my sons. We went to Bass Pro Shop and my wife bought the Garmin Echomap 93SV UHD for me. It's wrapped up and under the tree. The local tackle shop had a sale through the weekend and I bought a Lews Laser MG reel for one of my sons. There will be fishing under our tree for Christmas.

I'm going to start posting more so I can get eligable for next year...

The one on Fernandina Road in Columbia has a whole separate building for fishing stuff. They’ve got a lot of cool stuff and sometimes good sales. We go in the gun shop too. They had 9mm brass cased FMJ for $9.99 a box today. It’s good to see that.
