Why does improved clinch work perfectly for some and slip for others?

Anyone used that Braid? Found a few reviews from 2020 on TT. Not good ?

Is your 804 a c or a cb?

My grandpa used to fry soft shell turtle with the catfish when he caught them on his trot lines. As far as I remember there were no complaints on taste. I wouldn’t even know how to clean one.

Been tying improved clinch on almost every fishing knot I tie for 30 years. From 6lb test to 50lb mono. Braid, FC. Doesn’t matter. Caught sunfish to 100+lb sharks and everything between. I always wet, cinch, and tighten down like Phish described.

I went with the Stradic because the Tatula was made in China. Waiting on delivery from digitaka now.

I just went against all things right in the world and ordered a Shimano Stradic from digitaka to go with a Daiwa Tatula Elite spinning rod. ??‍♂️ Also ordered Sunline Siglon braid, Sunline BMS fc, and Sunline Sniper fc.

This actually could be the case. We had a guy run up on us at 0610am one morning. He was clearly angry at us. Told us first cast wasn’t until 630. Ok bro, we’re not in your tourney lol
