15.48 lb Bass
Yes. And it's the same fish. The weight is a misprint.

Oklahoma Boating Inspections?
I don't know of any regulations requiring an inspection. Incidentally, I live about 25 miles from Hudson Lake, and I fish there pretty regularly. Grand Lake gets more attention, but given a choice between the two, I'd pick Hudson every time.

You know you are obsessed with fishing
When your wife wants to paint the bathroom, and she asks you what colors you like, and you reply with "black and blue or green pumpkin."

Jon Boat Reservoir Rig
I used to have a 14' decked jon boat with a 9.8 merc on the back. I don't know how much it weighed, but I could run a 12 volt trolling motor all day on one battery, and I never ran out of juice.

15.48 lb Bass
I got to Lake Fork Friday night, and everyone was talking about that fish. No word on what part of the lake it came from, but it was supposedly caught on a chatterbait (the first report said that it was caught on a jig, but that was apparently a misprint). I've always wondered where they get the male fish to breed to the Share Lunker females. They only accept 13+ pound bass into the program, and they are certainly all females. Does anybody know how big the males are that they use, and where they come from?

How much pound flouro most used?
12#, 14#, and 17# for Texas rigs and jigs depending on the type of cover I'm fishing.

Spring Break in Lake Fork
I'm not an authority on Lake Fork fishing by any means, but I take a trip down there every year at this time. I'm actually headed down this weekend. I sent you a PM with my phone number. Get ahold of me next week, and I'll try to help you form a plan of attack. P.S. Probably the most important piece of advice I can give you about Lake Fork is to stay in the boat lanes when you're on pad!

Help me pick my lake for tomorrow!
I'd pick whichever one has the warmer water temperature.
