I picked up a couple skeet reese rods for $50ea might scope out a couple others for better deals would really like to pick up a bucoo for anywhere near some of the prices posted on here

Mine was awful. Bucoo rods still $99 ( not worth it even at that price) $5 shad raps/ red eye shads. Nothing good. 

Yeah I went to another one about 35-40 minutes from me and it's all still basically full price. Mustad trebles are $5 where my other Walmart went to $3 and then 2. I had plans of loading up but that didn't go as planned.

I had to stop by walmart to get something and took a stroll by the fishing department. They had a trashcan filled with rods, take an additional 50% off red tag price. I scored a 7'6 daiwa jupiter swimbait rod for $32 

 

There was one bucoo left for $65, had to restrain myself from buying it, haha. I was just happy, ive been surfing tw everyday looking for a great affordable 3/4-2oz swimbait rod on the cheap but hate ordering rods with out trying them out first....

Just got dt-fatboys for,$5 a pop. Got 6 of them. And some dt-6 for 5 as well . 70 dollars later. Haha i wiped them out

They had a bunch of rods on sale at my walmart. Some decent priced combos too. I just couldn't pull the trigger, call me cheap lol.

I did buy some Zoom Super Flukes in Baby Bass color though.

CT Walmarts never have fishing stuff on clearance. Maybe you'll get a .25¢ off sale on some Rapalas.

We have plenty of Super Wal-Marts around here but the one that I usually go to is in decline in the lure and terminal tackle dept.

The used to have all kinds of Jitterbugs and Zara Spooks and Gamakatsu hooks. Went in the other day and not a single Gamakatsu hook to be found and the Jitterbugs and Spooks have been long gone. Now it's mostly Rapala and Strike King Lures but at least they still have Pop R's.

try a walmart in the hood if you have a lot in your area i went to the one in the hood and the fishing section was overloaded with products, they even had a huge clearance display with everything from reels to plano's to lures, I guess nobody in the ghetto fishes or buys fishing stuff

Walmart usually has some amazing deals on hunting stuff on their online website. Stuff they don't carry in stores.

I just got back from my local Wal-Mart. I picked up a whole bunch of Rebel squarebills for $1.50 ea.  

 

Those suckers flat out catch fish!

Went to my local walmart they had a clothes hamper filled with rods on sale for 50% off of whatever the sale price .. Had a falcon BuCoo micro mhf for $59.99 so I bought it for $30 bucks..wish they hade more I would have bought a couple.. I took a pic of the hamper but I'm on my phone and don't know how to post pics

my walmart is right across the street from my store and i will go there everyday to check but the price stay the same 

Found bomber spooks the saltwater ones for 1$ ..made in usa i see that bass pro has these for 10$

picked up some nortons and rapalas. not on sale. found a bucket of rods and inside was a falcon bucoo 6'6 mh. i just knew it was gona b on sale for 30-50 bucks but nope. full price

Had strike king 1/4 oz tungsten for a buck bout them out lol

My Walmart never has amazing deals; you can sometimes get .50 or a few dollars off of a rod or reel. However, it was recommended that I should get the Berkely lightning rod or lightning shock rod. Well, I ordered the shock rod (with free shipping) and "accidentally" wandered into the clearance rack and found the lightning rod on sale. Also, a few crawdads and frogs were on sale that I didnt need lol.

I have bought two Vendetta's for 29.97 at walmart in the past month, and yeah they have Buccoos here too but they're 90something, walmart's not that dumb here in NC yet I suppose. The Vendettas aren't the best deal I've gotten at walmart either. Two months ago I found a monster 1 dollar clearance fishing section set up randomly in walmart at the end of a totally random aisle, I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at what was on that one little display. Hundreds of packs of trokar hooks, vmc spinshot and weedless wacky hooks, tungsten weights, diachi hooks, owner twist lock hooks, soft body frog hooks, Berkely fireline! Let me tell you I racked up biiigggggg time. I am stocked up with enough Trokar wide gaps and worm hooks in three or four different sizes to fish until Jesus comes back.
