If he doesnt , he doesnt for half the field so it doesnt hurt as bad . I have him and Yelas . Yelas is at 1.3. If he does bad , that will hurt .

With weights there being what they are I can see this tournament changing up a lot tomorrow. Hackneys lost fish today would have really moved him up.

I hear you, with the additional frustration that I chose Christie & Atkins for the previous tournament, where they greatly underperformed.

 

There is a rhythm in deciding when to choose or drop anglers and when you are on it, it seems as if you can do no wrong.  You feel like you have the Midas touch & it seems every break goes your way.  However, when you get out of step, the exact opposite is true.  It is kind of like fishing...

In looking at the 2018 & 2015 tournaments, I noticed that Micah Frazier had a 12th place & a 24th place finish.  No one was talking about him, he had a low ownership percentage, it looked like a wonderful sleeper pick for a place where experience typically means quite a bit.

 

So the big fish of the day gets caught by Frazier.  Unfortunately, it was Marc Frazier, his brother, fishing in his 4th Elite tournament and first on the Sabine River.

 

I just know the two were talking and Micah told Marc "I have this spot that I'm not going to use this time, you can have it if you want..."

I have found that BassTrakk is often not very accurate.  They always claim its "unofficial" but sometimes its WAY off.  And since it relies on a mobile phone signal to update, even when it says  "no activity", they could have a huge 5 fish bag limit.

No activity alot of times just means out of cell phone range. I also notice alot of times they just give a guestimate of what they caught. No scaling the fish, just toss in the live well and oh yeah, that's a 6 pounder!

 

Should be rocking it this week, but there seems to always be that ONE guy that kills me....

They give the time they last checked in . So if they checked in and have nothing they shoulnt have any fish ..

Funny, I haven't seen anyone comment about how this Elite Series event is a dink fest.
