Hello from RI

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,

Have been reading this site for quite a while, figured I would make it official.

Have been fishing most of my life, recently got into kayak bass fishing and have become much more serious about getting better at the sport.  I do ok, but have alot to learn to get to the next level.  Look forward to learning from you all.  Anyone else from RI out there, hit me up and lets fish!!!!!!

I dunno about now-a-days, but back when I lived in West Warwick, Matteson Pond and Tiogue Lake in Coventry were both good places to catch a number of different species.

Tiogue is still a solid place to catch fish, I have never been to Matteson Pond but will check it out!

Welcome to the forum!

I’m from the Boston area but fish in Plymouth / Cape Cod mostly.  I fish Sawdy Pond a few times per year, which is on your border. It’s a good pond

Welcome, I’m in Cranston
