Nope.

Top notch in my book.

No. In fact you’ll probably get your order faster than if you ordered from an American company.

Love them.  Ordered a reel on Monday and got it Thursday.  Also ordered multiple times.

Facts!  I've never had to wait longer than 4 business days.

Both Fed-Ex and DHL fly nonstop from Japan to their US Customs and distribution hubs.

I was shocked by one 44-hr delivery.

I bought one reel from Digitaka, because it was the only stock, and was happy with their service - their communication is better than AP, though AP may have better price.  Again, the choice is usually a question of finding stock.  If you find what you want, buy it while it's still there.

That was my experience.  4 days from order to delivery, and 2 of those days it was sitting in customs at JFK.

Got two reels from them (two separate orders). Japan to Canada in 5 days.  No issues.

Has anybody found any issues with their credit card? Like did the transaction correctly show in US  currency? Was the US dollar equivalent right? What you were expecting? Were there any foreign transaction fees that you paid? Many thx.

@MacJig

It's going to be close, it will never be exact.  There will always be a small exchange rate fee in the transaction, where's it's either billed to your card in US$, or you card applies the fee to pay out in JPY.

It shouldn't hurt your feelings or your pocketbook.

Look at it as all of Japan is currently 20% off.

Using Asian Portal e.g., I've received charges that were 10% lower than their asking price, and one paid out 3% higher.

This has sadly been my experience for the most part.   Digitaka is legit.
