Seriously one of the worst halves of NFL football I've ever seen.  A sloppy penalty-ridden 3 point tie at the half.  Painful to watch to say the least.  I want the last 90 minutes of my life back.

  • This is all so stupid. The only reason anyone is hip drop tackling is because they get flagged for any other tackle. Can’t hit the head can’t hit the legs can’t drive to the ground can’t land on them,

All the kids and grand kids were fired up for the Bears and most fell asleep now.

They just showed a stat that fields avg completion was 0.3 yards downfield. How is that possible, half of them go backwards?

Good  Question

Seriously

it’s all the screens that I’m calling from  my couch!!

All of the highlights from the first half:

Wanting to get a reaction from him about the play calling.

He complained on an interview today about playing time for the new additions that Eberflus gave a BS reason why they weren’t.

Im surprised the announcers didn’t say anything about it.

Plus I guess that he has to make a decision about keeping Fields and the 5th year option or getting Caleb Williams and resetting the 1st round clock.

Or they like his suit

I’ve been giving this some serious thought & I believe I’ve figured it out using the formula below:

Ohio State QB = NFL QB fail.

Oh, this is awful.

@Mike L I hope we fire everyone on this coaching staff right after this game. As far as getting a new quarterback what’s the point when we can’t find a coaching staff to coach/develop a quarterback to save our lives. Matt Nagy is probably the luckiest piece of 💩to coach in the NFL coaching Patrick Mahomes and having Andy Reid cover his a** to boot.

Awesome. (Fields’ completion)

@Mike L @Eric 26 I feel for you guys. Tough to watch your team go through stuff like this. Just watch an IU football game for comfort.

This one seems appropriate this morning.  Might be the best post game news conference by an NFL coach, all time.  Thanks for the laugh, Sherriff Green.

That one & Morra’s "Playoffs? Playoffs?" presser back when Manning was a rookie with the Colts. 🤣

Scroll up about 2 pages and you'll see that I already posted that one too after Buffalo lost to Denver on MNF.  They committed 5 turnovers that night lol

Yeah, saw that last night - wasn’t thinking. Idiot alert. Fishing on the brain, man.

Any QB, especially a rookie isn’t going to have much success if he is getting knocked flat on his back or running for his life when he drops back because the O-line is terrible and there’s no running game to slow down the D-lines rush.

yeah thats true, kinda like the packers jordan love a few weeks ago had tha same problem, now he looks much better with the o-line protecting him for the last 2 games. Will see how love plays against the chiefs sunday night.

That was a good game. Seahawks came to play.

Officials removed 3 penalties against the Boys, none for the Hawks, plus many phantom calls against the Hawks.  Not that some of them weren't warranted, but when the announcers can't see any reason why the flag was thrown, and Al Michaels says, "I got nothing" you KNOW the officials are making terrible calls.

That said, the Hawks played terrible in the 4th.  Horrible play calling (a problem this whole season), and terrible execution (another problem this whole season).

Seahawks will lose every game for the remainder of the season.

There, I said it.

Plus, Geno, the Offensive Coordinator, and Pete Carrol will be gone after the season ends.

There.  Now I really said it.

I knew I should have bet on the Seahawks with the points.  Most books had the cowboys as 9 point favorites.  Was definitely an ugly game and the Seahawks had a chance but couldn't get it done.  Cowboys weren't spectacular but at least they finally beat a team with a winning record.  Won't matter though because they will get bounced in the first round of the playoffs anyways like usual.

Didn’t they beat Tampa in the first round last season?

They’re likely going to be the 5 seed so the same scenario is going to unfold. They’ll be the visitors in Atlanta or New Orleans and be favored because the NFC South is awful. Whoever wins that division will probably finish with a record around .500, far worse than the Cowboys.

I didn’t see any of the game because Amazon prime is trash so all I can do is refresh the score. I am with @Glenn, I think the Seahawks are toast. Their next 2 games are against the Niners and Eagles.

  • Super User

Yeah I guess they did and you are right, it might happen this year.  They have beat up on bad teams all year and any team that was decent they lost to or barely won aka seattle.  Cowboys have the easiest schedule this year and it isn't even close.  Not their fault, you have to play who is on your schedule.
