Prayers for a successful surgery for you both.

Man, they came such a long way with that surgery. Congrats to all here who had it done. Good luck to those who are about to get it done. :)

Wish I can do something for my retina issue!

Good luck. Had both eyes done without issues. Also a cornea transplant where I had to lay on my back for five days during recovery. Thant was hard. and successful.

Today we have good lens choices, multifocal allows to see distance, intermediate and close for reading. The down side is halos on night lights.

Had both done 12 years ago the choice was close or far, choose far and use readers.

My vision was never as good as it was after cataract surgery. Last year developed a bubble under my right eye retina lucky to save the vision to 20-40.

Enjoy your new vision, Happy Thanksgiving.

I wish you a speedy recovery!  Mine aren't ripe enough yet, but I'll be getting the surgery down the road.

Right eye done. I’m good to go. It looks like I’ll be able to wear normal sunglasses and use reading glasses for real close stuff like this typing. Pretty happy!
