Henry Ford said of the Model T, "you can have it any color, as long as it's black". I agree where worms are concerned. I have many other colors, but Black shad Culprits and black Trickworms are my go-to worms.

I'm still hung up on purple.

I have caught more fish on junebug and purple than any other colors.

I like a lot of colors, but if I had to pick I'd say watermelon and tequila sunrise are probably my favorites.

Junebug I have had the best luck with, but I think it is a confidence color for me. Most dark colors fair well. Why is it though that chartreuse spinnerbaits seem to worm great but try the color in a worm and no luck?

Instead of trying to get chartreuse worms to work, I would suggest trying dark colored spinnerbaits.  You may be surprised.

Green Pumpkin and Junebug seem to work well here for me.  I’ve tried Bubblegum with no luck, which confuses a couple buddies who told me it’s a color I need to have/use. ?‍♂️

Fan of purple myself love Roboworm black grape color after that I'd have to go with a green pumpkin

It doesn't matter what a I like the bass decide.

Where fish my higher % colors are;

Smoke & Cinnamon basic with either Blue or Purple neon.

Flakes range from red, black, silver and gold.

Green are low priority with the exception of Green pumpkin with black & purple flakes Senko and jig trailers.

Blue fleck has been a long time favorite. Been fishing green pumpkin lately with good results. Motor oil has been a producer, and black.

Culprit Fire n Ice followed closely by the water melon / red flake yum dinger.

Culprit red tequila shad

I try different colors but the bass keep bringing me back to green pumpkin or black.

Don't leave home without a pink or bubblegum tied on 1 rig.
