Sunflower seeds and Iced tea. I was told by an older fisherman that spitting my seed shells into the water is bad cause the fish can smell my scent. I catch the same amout of fish or lack of fish  ;D with or without them. What do you guys think? I can understand where he is coming from, but I don't think I'm a good enough angler to have such a small detail make a difference. Lol  :D

I usually have a Mountain Dew and a honeybun. Nothing like a nice big glazed honeybun.

Mt. Dew or I like to call them Dewski's are a must have ;) I like to bring snickers too

I don't bring a snack.

I carry a couple of bottles of water, just in case.

In the heat of the summer, I will bring a small cooler with iced water and coke.  That's the only time I've bothered to take on liquid.

When I'm really into something, I'm like a camel.  Can go eight hours without a pit stop.

Water only while on the boat.  Keeps me from having to pee so often and helps with dehydration.  For a snack I load up on granola bars.

I always carry a banana and a small cooler with a sandwich and a few bottles of Gatoraid. It's vital to stay hydrated! And I've read that the electrolytes in these sports drinks can be value added.

I just have a couple of large bottles of water with me while I'm fishing. For eats, sometimes I will stop off at White Castle and munch on a bag of belly bombers on the way to the lake.

When I take my daughter fishing, snacks are manditory. Couple snack bags of chips and a couple waters/sodas. Alone, usually nothing.

Most the time I'll just bring a water but on some occasions I bring a nutty bar and some grilled cheese crackers!

gatorade and skoal.  Then maybe some of those peanut butter cheese crackers after I get a limit.

I don't know why, but in my family it seems that the peanut butter cheese crackers are a must on a boat.  My grandpa used to bring nothing but those d*mn cracker when we fished on Erie when I was younger, so all those crackers do for me now is remind me of what sea-sickness felt like!  I can't eat those things on land or water now!

Tournament Snack- Austin Crackers the round peanut butter crackers. (Currently I cannot find these anywhere. If anyone knows where they are sold please let me know!)

Fun Fishing- Subway and a Gatorade.

White Castle?! that can be dangerous on a boat ;D

I usually bring water, soda, hard boiled eggs or a sandwich of some type, Pretzels or chips. I keep two or three bottles of water on the boat at all times. You never know.

A couple of you said "bananas". Have you ever heard the superstition about bringing bananas on a boat?

Some of the crackers with peanut butter in them were the ones that had salmonella found in them I'm pretty sure so you may not find them for a while.

I like Gatorade and Famous Amos cookie packs

Early morning - Coffee, water and timbits

Afternoon or Evening - just water or gatorade.
