  7. I bought a box of Jobee Heads several years ago and none of them had barbs on the hooks. You could see where the machine had tried to cut them but didn't quite do it. They sucked. I tossed them and never bought them again.
  8. I use a Rubber coated one. Only because I can't find a rubber one in the size that I want.
  9. An electric one. It takes some practice but I can get more meat off the fish with one than a regular knife. It's the same trick as a regular one. Go Slow.
  10. Once again. I don't think it matters what plastic you put on the hook. My favorite C-Rig bait is a paddle tail worm.
  11. I T-Rig everything. As for colors I use Greens and Browns 99% of the time and Black, Blue, and Purple the other 1%.
  12. It all boils down to personal preferance. I personally want as much action from the plastic as I can get so I tend to go with a smaller hook than most people. With the baits that you mintioned I would go with a 1/0 hook or even a #1.
  13. Way to go Muddy. I am proud to call you my friend.
  14. I texas rig mine with a 1/4oz sinker and a bead. Here is one of my results.
  15. I have the STX and all I can say is WOW!!!!! . I wish I could afford more of them. They are smooth, eaisily adjustable, and can take a beating.
  16. I started bow hunting when I was 12 years old. My dad wouldn't let me hunt with a rifle untill I was 14 so I asked him to buy my a bow. I ended up shooting my first four deer with that little thing. Now I am hooked. I have been doing it for 20 years now and I still love it.
  17. They are great eating though. They are a delicacy in Japan.

  19. We used to carry them all the time while fly fishing in Wyoming and Idaho. Not for protection from people, but for protection from moose. They are the most dangerous animals in that part of the country.
  20. December or January
  21. That is news to me. I will bring it up to Glenn later tonight.
  22. That is the best thing to do. I still don't carry a gun on the water but I do make sure I stay alert.
